Well as far as the shyness goes I’m shy around women that I really like. There is this woman that I work with that I am head over hills for but she kinda wants to keep just a friend thing between us but I think maybe a good [pheromone spray](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) just may put me over the top with her. A little bit more about me, I work in a hospital and in a warehouse. I workout a few times during the week. I live alone. I’m a nice guy just to myself sometimes. Hi Lawrence, Welcome to the site. SO your main thing is to work on the shyness like the others mentioned. The pheromones can for sure help you out though. **Ammo** I would get this for sure as it is a dating must have. This is for attraction.
