Hi. I’m a thirty-something female from Connecticut. I’m new to this forum, but I have used different perfumes containing [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). One was from Victoria’s secret & I didn’t notice any kind of effect. The other was, of course, Realm. So I have noticed an effect with Realm, but it doesn’t seem to effect everyone. Seems like it worked better on the less evolved men. In fact, it kind of made me a jerk-magnet. But, then again, maybe I’m just getting jaded and cynical in my old age. And that’s exactly what brought me here. I need an attitude adjustment. okay, not really…I’m a hopeless romantic & I haven’t given up yet. My real problem is that I live near a navy sub base & didn’t listen to my dad when he said “watch out for those bubble heads” You see, I recently found out the submariner I had been seeing for the past two years has a wife and newborn in Florida. It’s taken some time to recover. I was depressed and I isolated myself for quite awhile. I wanted something to help me regain my confidence and improve my mood. So, I’m really looking forward to trying “shine” and “instant openness”. Hmmm, maybe some “instant honesty” wouldn’t be a bad idea… Anyone have any experience with the afore mentioned pheromones or any suggestions? ---

Welcome to the forum! I’m sorry to hear about your guy troubles. I definitely think pheromones can help you though. I’ve tried Instant Shine, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), and Instant Honesty and they’re all great products. The first two can definitely help improve your mood but it’s important not to rely too much on “self-effects” as we call them because they don’t happen for everybody and they’re almost always short-lived. The good news is it’s pretty difficult to be in a bad mood when Instant Shine has everyone around you in such a good one and Instant Openness has them chatting you up. I think those will help get you out of your funk and back out there but Instant Honesty is a great choice when you’re feeling ready for another long-term relationship. It can help build trust and intimacy. It’s also good if you just want some good, thoughtful conversation. The only other suggestion I have is Instant Sexiness once you’re ready for a little more male attention. It comes in A and B. A puts off a more dominant, alpha female vibe while B is more of a submissive vibe. Choose the one that best fits your personality or try them both. Good luck and have fun. For the mones part: Try ISHINE. Trust me on this one. Some describe it as “smile in a bottle”. It will make you and everyone around you feel great. I would suggest you buy [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) A or B. Depending on your personality, you should pick the one you think would work the best for you. A is more alpha than B. Include IH in your order if you want to get into a LTR. IO is for opening people up. If you have trouble with that, then you should also consider that one too. Welcome to Pherotalk Anne! I understand just how you feel and with the way it is in society and the things some men do to us women it’s all we can do to keep our heads up and remember how special and worthy of love we are. Focusing on you for a change and just going there and having fun is just what you need. Hey Anne! Welcome to the forum, so happy to see more girls coming this way 🙂 I’m not surprised that Victoria’s secret and Realm didn’t give you much… I think it’s because they have a low concentration pheromone-wise - just more scent. I’m sorry to hear about your past experiences, but we’re all on this plane to live and learn. Otherwise life wont be as interesting 🙂 Unfortunately I can’t give you much advice in terms of choosing products because most of the products are not in stock. However you have made some smart decision in choosing to try instant shine and instant openness. Personally, I love instant shine you can use it for anything and everything… it really puts me and people around me in a merrier mood. It’s not something that will help you with serious depression, but it’s something that can enhance the way you feel about yourself and it can encourage others to feel more joyful around you. Instant openness makes you more approachable to others, usually I try not to use this in my classes (I go to school) because the teacher will yak on till I pass out asleep… and on date forget it, I have trouble turning off the motor mouths LOL even the shy ones seem to make an effort to open up a little. Instant honesty is gold though. Don’t expect people to pour out the truth, it can happen but not all the time. When I wear this, sometimes people would bond with me, it’s like they enjoy being in my presence and they want to get closer. It’s quite intimate.
