the I strongly suggest you get some Instant Shine, IG and MX297 and maybe P83 - to use in support of your main combos as a secondary disinhibitor mone in there - All will complement Ammo and TUTH very nicely in different ways for someone your age and will help lessen your potentially imposing appearance . 
Also, for finding your best dose, follow the “Sweet Spot Guide” in this thread with each phero individually before you start taking them out in combo:
