About me: Here goes… I’m thirty years old, male, live near Seattle and have been single for about 6 years (never married, just a few girlfriends). I’m socially shy until I get to know people but everyone that knows me thinks I’m funny or has an insightful, warm and caring personality. While I have several good acquaintances I have very few close or \*close \*friends. While I’m not comfortable with myself as a person with people I don’t know (I guess I’m intimidated \), I’m very confident with people I know. I thought I knew quite a bit about pheromones… until I found this site and realized there’s so much more I don’t understand or know about them. I guess the media and my limited research in the past has tainted my “knowledge” and I look forward to “fixing” this. I’m hoping pheromones can do two things for me at this time. Make it easier for me to “fit in” or more approachable in public settings. I go to church where I know the people by sight but still too shy to say “hello”. Also I know pheromones can affect the wearer too (I thought I read that somewhere) - maybe there’s something to help me feel more confident?. The other thing is to improve my interaction and maybe attraction to the women I do know and talk to briefly (encourage deeper friendships, and improve sexual chemistry?). Any suggestions you have as to what to use (maybe 2-3 different 'mones) and why. Please consider I live in Seattle so if you have experience with the oil vs spray (are those options right?) please shout out to that too. Thanks for the great info! [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is an excellent “ice breaker”, to help get that initial conversation flowing more easily. In fact, Instant Openness, in my experience anyway, is one of the products with the most obvious and easily identified “hits”. To get more attention from the ladies, and to have a bit of a sexy vibe, Ammo is your best bet. To deepen the conversations and add more intimacy, Instant Honesty works very well. Also consider Instant Shine, which gives you a more approachable aura that people want to be around. You don’t have to worry about spray vs. oil. All products here are spray only, except for A314, which is oil only. ---

Thank you for providing more info. 🙂 I suggest AMMO to increase sex appeal. This would be fine to use in church as well as it doesn’t come on overly strong. Ishine to give a warm charismatic confidence IO to ease communication and IH to deepen it and give a feeling of communication. They all come in to-go size so you can get two free with your GC and the rest are low in cost. If you need help or have questions just ask. Hello All, Tisha, Thanks for the gift certificate. I used it immediately and quickly received my order of _instant openess_ and _ammo_, plus a bonus _Turn up the Heat._ That was a nice surprise. I’m going to a dance tomorrow night and looking forward to seeing how they work. Is three too many at one time? I was thinking 1 spray of each (maybe 2 of openess) I’m looking to meet new people and get closer to those I already know. Suggestions as to where to apply them? I was thinking chest, hair and wrist or neck. Any suggestions anybody? I’m looking forward to what may happen! Thanks again. ---

When you are first starting, it is important to try each one on its own so that you can familiarize yourself with the effects of each, as well as the dosage that works for you. Start with one spray, then give it a chance, see what happens. Then try two, etc. This way you won’t waste them either. Otherwise you’ll find yourself with an empty bottle, and still don’t even know exactly what it does. Once you’re comfortable with the effects of each, you can try combinations of two, in the same way. I would not use the Turn Up The Heat just anywhere, that is best worn in an already sexually charged environment, such as a nightclub, or with a girl who is already comfortable with you and ready to take things to the next level. If you want others to be chatty, but you yourself don’t want to be chatty, spray your wrists (or one wrist, then rub them together). For stronger self-effects, spray your neck. Though they say that pulse points are recommended (wrists, neck, inside of elbows, back of knees, etc), I have found that a spray to my hair is also effective. ---

Your Welcome 😉 I would not use AMMO and TUTH at the same time until you know what your dosage is for these two. TUTH is more for sexual situations when you want to progress more intimately. Now suppose when you test each individually you find you need 2 sprays to see results. When you layer these two scale back to one spray of each. The reason for this is the anone. To much and you can get the OD effect. This means Over dose in sprays or opposite of desired effect. This is only for anone products. For the dance, since its a special occasion go with 1 spray of ammo to the chest and 2 sprays of IO hair neck. You will need to test each one on its own at some point to get a good feel for them and your correct dosage. Don’t sit in the corner, walk around so you can spread your vapor trail.
