Hey guys. Im very excited to have found this site and even more excited to get some of the pheros. Before I bought some I wanted everyone’s opinion on the products I should get. **About Me** Im 18 and am currently a senior in high school. In school I am known to be very quiet, laid back, and just chill. The main problem happens when girls walk my way that I find attractive… CHOKE. I freeze up like a Popsicle and start sweating bullets. Yes, its pathetic. I’m looking for a phero that can help loosen my mood and help be more social with the women around me, especially the ones I find cute. Of course a mone that will help attract women is also something I am looking for. I also have a rather intimidating appearance, so anything that can help ease that appearance for those around me would be helpful. **Other Questions** - Should the mones be applied on clothing or only on bare skin? - Is it better to use one product at a time or make a “cocktail”? - How long do the mones last and should they be worn every day? - If I attract a girl with mones, will I have to continue to wear mones around her in order to maintain her interest? God Bless. Hey, hows it goin? First I would like to tell you, pheros can be used as an advantage (not tried yet for myself, but ordering them very soon, they definitely enhance your chances). Ammo will give them a sense of attraction, its a mix of everything and you can use it by itself. Also, you can use Instant Shine, which will give you a “cool got it together vibe”. [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) will tell them that your of boyfriend material, mature, and you may seem older than you are (kind of like ammo but without the sexual intention). Usually, pheromones are applied on skin where clothing will not “cover” it, for the most effect. People usually apply on neck, split wrists (inside of both wrists), and sometimes even ears. You can definitely mix pheromones together! Just certain mixes people don’t recommend because it negates the effect of another mone. (example is Instant Gentleman and Ammo because it takes off the sexual intentions of Ammo) Ammo, you can very much use by itself. You can wear mones whenever you like. Just be careful not to Overdose on them because each person has their limit according to how much mones you can apply before affects start going in other direction or don’t work at all. You may want to use mones when you attract someone but remember, mones gives you the edge, according to people mones isn’t 100%. I wouldn’t say AMMO is about sexual intention but rather ‘sexual attention’ with sexyness 😃 You show your sexual intention with something stronger like TUTH or IJ! ---

God Bless. Actually your situation is not pathetic at all. Almost everyone who starts approaching girls feels a ton of anxiety. I know I did, but the more I practiced approaching and interacting with females the less anxiety I felt. Pheromones can definitely help your situation, but I would recommend some social training first. If you don’t feel comfortable doing this at your high school because of the potential gossip that may result from it, then start at your local mall or nearby shops and go start conversations with the cute girls that are working there. Once you get some confidence from doing that, then start at your high school. As for the pheromone questions here’s what I would say: 1. I find it’s always better to apply to your skin because it is better for diffusion 2. They say you should start with one product at time to get your sweet spot. They last anywhere from 2-6 hours depending on your location and what product you are using. I wouldn’t recommend wearing them everyday. I usually wear them 3-4 times a week (to save my pheromones). But this is completely up to you, as you are the one who paid for the pheromones. 4. You will be the main source of her interest; however, pheromones can help you amply this. In my opinion, you don’t HAVE to continue wearing pheromones to mantain her interest because she is already attracted to you. They will help spice things up though. You will have to put in most of the effort. They say 90% you and 10% pheromones but I find that this varies. If you want to get that “sexy guy” attention then I would recommend ammo, but I wouldn’t use more than a couple sprays because of your age (to prevent anone od). You should definitely try some socials as well. Instant shine is great for having people feel really good around you and Instant Openness will help with your shyness and get people to become more chatty around you. If sprayed on the chest wouldnt the shirt block it from reaching its fullest potential. I just got some IJ and it said to put it on the chest but I dont want my shirt to block the pheros. Also, should the be sprayed on the inside or outside of the wrist? Also, should other colognes be worn with pheros? Should I get nonscented deodorant? The products Im getting are [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), A314, and and either IS or IH. Would this mix well? Would you recommend the IS or IH considering my situation? ---

A lot of people spray on their chest if the shirt they’re wearing isn’t too thick. I think that spraying [pheromones](https://a314.com/) under a shirt slows down the diffusion of them, but others have had no problem doing this. I would test it out and see what application spot works best for you. People call this a “cover scent”. I would go with instant shine for your situation because instant honesty is more useful for comfort building and deeper conversation. The ammo and instant shine is a great combination. I would be careful with a314 because it is more of an advanced product, but it could definitely help you out with your confidence. ---

Yes that’s a good combination. But again, since you are new member, they say it is best to try each product one at a time, starting with one spray to find your “sweet spot”.
