A lot of people spray on their chest if the shirt they’re wearing isn’t too thick. I think that spraying [pheromones](https://a314.com/) under a shirt slows down the diffusion of them, but others have had no problem doing this. I would test it out and see what application spot works best for you. You can wear other cologne with pheromones. People call this a “cover scent”. I don’t think it matters if you’re wearing scented deodorant, but if you feel that you already have a lot of cologne on, then unscented may be useful.

I would go with instant shine for your situation because instant honesty is more useful for comfort building and deeper conversation. The ammo and instant shine is a great combination. I would be careful with a314 because it is more of an advanced product, but it could definitely help you out with your confidence.
