You should test the pheros across the whole range of social situations you want to influence and more likley than not, you will probably find you have a range of sweet spots depending on the time of day night or given situation. Overt mixes for the clubs but lighter more social for daytime/general socialising. As for IOIs - That is a huge subject in itself.
