# I'm short - where to apply?

Hey fellas,

I’m a newbie, just wondering about this topic. I’m 5’2", 18 years old male. What I have are A314, IO Togo, IS Togo, CTTM Togo, AMMO, P83, IH Togo, IJ Togo. Would it be less effective to apply to the wrist since I’m a short man? and Where is the more effective spot to apply [pheromones](https://a314.com/).

One more question just popped out of my head: Is it okay to apply 2 different pheromones on the same spot?

You could apply on your hair, although -none sticks, so wouldn’t apply these here. Heat rises, and your mones will be given off more as you get hot so neck or wrists should be fine!

Thanks for the advice, I won’t apply -none to my hair. How about the ears, does the ears help diffuse pheromones to the air?
