# Information about instant honesty and instant openess

What’s the difference between instant honesty and instant openness?

I’m trying to make my mind up on getting one or the other. What do each of them do? what I’ve read, they seem kind of similar…but which one is better if i was to pick on of them?

It really depends on the effects you want to see. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) will make people more superficially chatty, Instant Honesty will make people open up more and spill their guts.

Instant Openness = quantity of conversation, Instant Honesty = quality of conversation.

Instant Openness is great as an icebreaker and for social anxiety, Instant Honesty helps others feel more comfortable around you and promotes bonding.

They do work very well together, it just depends what you want to accomplich. 🙂
