# Instant Female Wardrobe - Regular, 2x or 4x strength, what's the difference?

Hi, going to make my first purchase and get IFW. Just wondering what’s the difference between the strengths and which one I should get. (I’m 45)

Also, can I wear my regular perfume (bath & body works Twilight Woods) with these? Which should I put on first, the mones or perfume?

Hello and welcome, VioletRayne!

I would start with the regular strength. It’s always easier to adjust the dose up then down. In case you think the regular one is not strong enough for you, you can get the ones 2x stronger with the next order. But in case you order now the ones 2x stronger and they turn out to be to strong for you, you’ll have a problem.

The strength btw is about the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) concentration and not about the scent.

I have most of my products in Neroli. It can be very strong on the beginning, but after it settles it gets ok and fits very well with many of my perfumes.

I usually apply the pheros, wait about 5 minutes for them to dry very well on the skin and then I put the perfume on top. Although I must say, most of the time I prefer to use just the pheros, without any perfume on top.

AD offers now the “nude” version for all the products but I didn’t get to try them yet. It’s kind of unscented, as far as unscented goes for pheros.

Thanks for the info. I went with the regular strength to start out and to see what my ‘sweet spot’ is. Looking forward to trying them out and see what they do and will report back with my results. 🙂
