I am not sure how old you are but I would imagine a lot of younger people might feel a little uncomfortable if they are not used to having to be IN CHARGE nor be in the position to have to be a strong leader like that. It is not my prefered leadership style but there are some days when I need to shift into that mode. Even overheard some younger folks - mixed male and females - who saw me and whispered - “Oh - it’s bosshank.
