I am currently 5 months pregnant. The other day my husband sprayed some [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), 20mcg chocolatetini fragrance 6% 1 spray on the back of his neck and 1 on the front. After it dissipated a bit we embraced and I felt a thud against the inside my abdominal wall as though our little girl were rushing to hug him as well. Over the next hour this happened every time I hugged my husband. I lost count of how many hugs that was, because I kept wanting more too.

She was responding more to your emotional state then the mones. She is not breathing air in there and there is no way the mones can reach her.

Just remember stop useing mones a few weeks before your due date and dont use them for at least 3 months after she is born. Babies bond pheromonally with their parents. You do not want to alter your signature during this period.

What you’ve said about the period of bonding and not using any mones in the weeks leading up to and the months following birth makes perfect sense. Thanks for the tip!

I’ve read that babies can smell in utero, and I believe it. With my first pregnancy my daughter responded to any strong smells. From [Parents.com](http://Parents.com) “doctors believe that the amniotic fluid flowing through your baby’s oral and nasal cavities can trigger her sense of smell.”
