Instant Honesty (IH) - This stuff works! Warning beware of self effects - made a honest woman out of me Hello! Thank you for dropping by to check out my more detailed review of IH. I have been using IH on and off for the past 3 years now. First a word of caution, gosh I can’t tell you how many times I have experienced self effects with this. I find myself talking a lot when I combine it with [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and awfully honest in a way I even shared things I didnt not intent to share. Its so scarily effective but it also proof that it works. 🙄 Initially I didnt think I experienced much results because I guess I was expecting something very bombastic. The very first time I tried, I tried 1 spray of IH at home with my family. My sister was a little more crude and blunt with her words that day and we almost ended up in a quarrel. Thinking retrospectively, she might have been affected by the IH. There was a period of time which I experimented with 2 sprays. It was disastrous because I spurted things out to my friend unintentionally! It was out before I even realize. It was crazy. However I must say that my friend was affected as well as he shared some pretty deep stuff with me, so I believe he might have been affected as well. There was another incident at work whereby I accidentally said some things I shouldnt have. In my mind I was really thinking, ‘someone please stop me!’. 😮 At the end of the experiment of 2 sprays, the only thing I could think of is that this thing definitely works! I could not stop myself till a point that it was embarrassing! It worked like a charm on me, like a truth serum. So about self effects, I avoid this by: 1. Spraying away from my face or anywhere that I might smell it too much 2. Only stick to spraying once (because spraying twice was too much for me in my experience) 3. Add a buffer like Ishine, makes you and people around you feel good 🙂 I find that some ways to avoid these self effects is to SPRAY AWAY FROM YOUR FACE and AVOID spraying near your face. Be careful of the wind direction when spraying. (Yes as dumb as this sounds, some actually got onto my face when the wind decided to blow out of the blue), I didn’t think much of it until I experienced the self effects. And yes, I am not joking when I say this. Its really effective. Spraying spots are a dilemma for me for IH, because I dont want to be too affected by it since its actually on me and I will be smelling it most of the time. Then again, it cannot be too far or else people cant smell it either. I have found that good spots for IH is the back of my neck or at the back of my head (I did notice as time went by, I did feel a little affected however it is not as strong as compared to when I applied it on the front of my neck previously.) Overall, after repeated use I can say for sure that IH is effective in simulating deeper conversations and deeper bonding. I have managed to have substantial conversations with my man about more serious issues because of this. Its not always easy to get a man to speak of certain issues. In most experience, I find that he spoke of things pretty candidly. Just be prepared on how serious it can get. 😉 I hope this helps anyone whose looking for answers about Instant Honesty. I must add that Instant Honesty paired with Instant Openness is one of the most powerful combination I have ever experienced to engage deep conversations and issues. I am careful which moments I choose use it now, but its all up to you. 😃 ---

Yes, IH can be a b\*tch and stab you in the back, that’s well known. Wrists or back of hands are my favorite points of application for that one. 🙂 ---

Yep, I definitely keep that one away from my face. I put it on the back of my hands sometimes when I am not going to be washing them a lot, like at work. If you are going to be at dinner or someplace with someone that you will be moving your hands a lot, so they get the 'mone, and you don’t, backs of hands is a great place. I have a ton of hair and I have actually had good luck spraying IH on the back of my head. I do get a little of the self effects, but as my hair moves, those around me get it more than I do. It’s worked well for me. Thanks for your report, well done! ---

I tried at my wrist but because I tend to touch my hair and face a lot throughout the day I think I ended up breathing a lot of it 😛 But I do think spraying at wrist is a good idea for anyone who doesn’t have habits like me 😃 ---

Thank you for your message 😉 so encouraging. I actually stuck spraying to back of my neck for a while now, and find that although its a great way to avoid self effects but I dont think people around can actually experience much of it as my hair is usually down, and that might block the smell. So yes! Thank you for your suggestion! I do think I’m going to try putting at the back of my hand and back of my head in the hair like you suggested 🙂 ---

I’m trying IH. So far haven’t noticed much effects. Was concerned about getting self effects, and then I keep concentrating to not talk alot or just stick to small talk and see what happens. Spraying back of hands and not chest , so hopefully not getting dosed with it. Have a miserable bug, and when I’m feeling better, I’ll get back to experimenting. ---

Hey hope you’re feeling better from the miserable bug. I was wondering how is it going with you trying IH? Curious to know what kind of social environment have you tried it in? I think as long you’re not spraying at the chest you’re pretty safe from self effect. 🙂 Just wondering out loud if you haven’t noticed much self effects, could it possibly due to the location of the spray? I haven’t tried at the back of my hands reason being I tend to touch my face or my hair a lot so I worry about self effects. I was thinking if your hands are usually away from people as, the people around you might not be able to smell it too - therefore the people are not too affected? That’s my dilemma, that’s why I ended up sticking with back of my neck and back of my head so people around me get a good whiff while I get minimal effects. Looking forward to hearing about your experience too! ---

Hi thank you for replying! I was wondering what happened to you. If you’re making one more test can I make a small suggestion? I find that the most noticeable results is when using on a 1-1 basis in a smaller area for instance having dinner with my partner at home, or simply seated at home chatting on a sofa with my girlfriend, or in a car with a friend and talking, etc. In these type of environments that I suspect that the exposure is the most consistent and I find that people would maybe share things they have never shared before on a deeper level. Because even if they are affected by the pheromones, I doubt logically in their head someone would start sharing their darkest secret out of the blue in an open public area 😃 I do personally find that in a larger area affects the duration and exposure of people around you. I want to gently highlight that pheromones are not magic and usually enhances what you already have. Even with [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) I have not experience any strangers or acquaintances being oddly honest with me. It usually happens with people I already know for a while but suddenly the sharing gets deeper 🙂 ---

I’ll try it again in a different situation. I misplaced the spray. I’ll find it soon, and try something different. Maybe it’s me. Now when I use the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), that one almost doesn’t matter where you are, there’s some kind of reaction, good or bad. I find that one the most fun. The only downside is I have the scented one. I’m sensitive to too much cologne or perfume . That one I definitely get a slight headache and fuzzy head. The IH, I’m not feeling any of that with. So, I don’t know what’s going on with it. I should feel something I would think.
