# Instant Honesty (IH) vs Instant Openness: the serious talker and the fun talker

if you want something similar to SOE, but works much better…get IO. both SOE and IO are primarily Anol, but IO has several tweaks to it including a little Bnol to make it work better.

CTTM2 is primarily Anol, but it has a lot more bnol added to it than IO. its probably somewhere along the lines of 70%anol to 30%bnol.

I’d probably start out with IO and then go from there. IH and CTTm2 are more serious vibes than IO and SOE.
