# Instant Honesty & Instant Openness

Hey guys,

This might be a stupid question, but what exactly is the practical difference between IO and IH? I’m new to mones, and i’m planing to use these two in conjunction with A314 for business and in a casual settings.

Any advice on what would be the different reaction from using A314+IO and A314+IH?

Instant Honesty will be a better option to wear with A314. It just makes more sense. The mixes are more complimentary. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is great but I’d never wear it with A314. Nowadays I much prefer Instant Honesty to Instant Openness but for my first year of pheromone use I couldn’t get enough of Instant Openness. I’m sure you’ll find uses for both mixes but when wearing A314, Instant Honesty is your best bet.

[Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is fun, light and friendly, very chatty and appropriate for parties and clubs and scenes like that.

Instant Honesty is more…sincere, deeper connection and rapport feeling. People are more likely to tell you personal things that they wouldn’t normally say unless they knew you for quite a while. A side benefit I’ve noticed is that they’re also more inclined to believe what you say, especially when paired with A314.
