Sorry for askin such a noob question but is there a noticable difference between theese two? From what ive read they are both pretty much the same. I mean ofcourse, they dont contain the same [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) etc but judging by the effect ---

Nidhogg, I went back and looked at your intro thread. Good job btw. I hope you saw Jasmin’s post there. She’s right- practice is the only way. It does get easier. About this question, when I first started I couldn’t tell too much difference. Over time and using both I’ve found there are differences. IO for me is just like it’s name implies, it helps when you’re trying to start a conversation. IH sorta helps keep the conversation going. If you just want one of them think a little about where you need the most help. Saying “hello, you look like you would be fun to talk to. Tell me something about yourself.” This would be IO territory If you have more trouble keeping a conversation going once you say “hello” then you might prefer IH. Having said all that, one may be just as good for you as the other. For about the first month that I had mine it really didn’t seem like there was a lot of difference. Hope this helps. ---

renny has done you well and supplied some solid information. A conversation with [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) will last and last. At points it will break down where the people involved might start talking about the vibe of a chiklet or a dust ball. I have been involved in this conversation-I know. On the other hand wearing Instant Honesty the conversation will be quality and deep. So instead of the vibe of that same chiklet and dust ball, the conversation is steered into what exactly is a vibe and how does it effect the source of energy that permeates us all? You see one is rambling and can break down in gibberish, while IH is quality always. If you want value, use massive quantities of IO and a dash of IH. ---

I’m sure I read a thread somewhere on here (but I can’t find it now ☹) comparing a mix of Instant Honesty + [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) as giving very similar results to CTTM. Anyone any thoughts on what the differences/similarities might be (or know where the other thread is 😕 ) ---

CTTM is a 50/50 mix of both anol and bnol so its like mixing IO and IH except its a little more raw because IH and IO have 2 other mones added. Since CTTM is still in the advanced section I am unsure if it has any other added mones. Most likely yes though. I think if you debating on whether to get IH or IO, I would have to say get IH in a higher dosage. I just used 4x the other day and I got to tell you it blew me away. Amazing results. Tisha ---

I can’t say a dose of beta Androstenol invokes a “quality” conversation by any stretch of the imagination. Most folks–regards of whether alpha or beta Androstenol is used–just ain’t capable of one. You may encourage a wee bit more introspection with heavier mixes of beta Androstenol, but don’t expect to squeeze water from rocks. Personally I find a heavy dose of alpha Androstenol is more fun 'n friendly vibe than beta, but the difference ain’t night 'n day. In other works, all in the same ball park–extra verbiage. A 50/50 mix as in CTTM is okay but pure alpha still tickles my pickle more.
