Has anyone ever experienced [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/)’s self effect? Does it bring out your true feelings and thoughts when you accidentally sniffed it or something? I was going out with some friends the other night to keep my mind busy and prevent myself from thinking about my ex, and before I head out I sprayed a bit of Instant Honesty near my chest. Instant Honesty might’ve reminded me of how I truly feel inside perhaps because I have been trying to cope with my loss by ignoring it. Any comment? ---

This could be a possibility b.c i find that instant shine lifts my mood like its supposed to, so instant honesty could have made you more open with your feelings… ---

It can make you a little loose lipped but you wont go telling people you love them or your pin number or anything. Just deeper more personal level conversation. If you afraid it will be a problem spray it to the back of your head and neck. It could also make you look inside yourself more. Feel more of the emotion and connect with yourself. This is not a bad thing. Its part of the healing process. Just keep in mind avoidance wards off the healing process. The best way to get over your EX is to face your feelings,except them, understand them and let them go. Then you will be free of the emotion. ---

When I first started using [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) I started out worrying I might blurt out the nuclear launch codes. Once I noticed the effect, I realized it’s more of a slow subtle revealing of the truth. In fact, my worrying ruined my experience of it originally. So don’t worry, sit back, observe and enjoy. ---

I wasnt concerned about being too honest around other people much. I was worrying about not being able to have fun because I thought [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) would make my honest feelings surface and bring my mood down. I appreciate you guys’ thoughts and comments regardless. ---

I’ve used IH many times as well as many other androstenol based products I could get my hands on. While they encourage sociability and the gift of gab, they do not invoke involuntary behavior or invalidate freewill. In other words, you will never say anything you don’t want to say and those around you will not talk to you unless they want to. In fact, liars will still be liars and the verbally impaired will still be tongue tied. Your true feelings will not be anymore apparent or stronger in your thoughts than they normally are. I’ve never, not once felt a negative mood change while using an androstenol based product. If anything, they tend to be a bit of an “upper.”
