What are you going for? As in what type of reactions do you want to see.

IH and IO are similar, but also very different in a number of ways.

IO: Fun, upbeat, chatty.  
IH: Friendly, close, penetrating

to add:  
from what ive gathered, openness promotes more of a goofy, loose form of communication and honesty is deeper.
