# Instant Openness. How much do you use?

I have [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) x2 and have to use about 3 sprays to notice any mild effects on others (the best effects I’ve gotten was when I was wearing 8). It’s wierd, but I never seem to experience any self effects with this one. Then again I’m not very Instant Honesty friendly either (It actually puts me in a upset mood), so maybe I just dont do well with the socials. I was just curious how many sprays all of you use in order to see decent hits? I just want to make sure I’m not the only one :o.

I use about 2 sprays maybe of 2X strength and can get them to be quiet. But people tend to talk to me a lot unless I am doing the Clint Eastwood thing …

I generally prefer IH to IO - I can still get a lot of chatter but at least it is more … focused.

i use about the same as BH too i think.. sometimes 3.

i actually dont really like instant openness all that much. kinda.. too chattery for my liking i think. i prefer instant honesty as well 🙂

I gave [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) another try today at 5 sprays and I got pretty good results. I think I just need to work with it more.

I wish I got along with Instant Honesty. It seems like such a great product. I may try it again, but it tends to make me upset and causes me to really keep to myself.
