So today is the first time that I’ve worn IO, first day of school for me. I’ve been told that I smell by a stranger. I’ve noticed the smell before he told me, but I didn’t think it was me…until I got into my first class and had the time for the smell to dissipate a bit. I know Tisha has said that it smells like feet, and that’s exactly what it smells like…plus the stink of bad breath or something 😠 . Weird thing is that I didn’t even smell it all the time, just instances where I’d take a whiff and I’d smell it 😕 . But it does smell pretty bad, the dry down scent just way overpowered the [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/). I didn’t wash it off because I wanted to see the effects it had, and I only had 4 hours of school, didn’t really experience any of the effects. My friends were just being my normal friends, except for this new cutie in our circle. I’m definitely going to try it out on her 😃 , or maybe strangers in the library or something… I will definitely not be going outside with IO without a cover on, I’ve learned my lesson. ---

Ouch, a cover seems like a good idea indeed. 😉 Thanks for the warning though, I’ll order my first IO soon. Just got my first order of pheros today, need to test them out before I try new things. 😉 Thomas. ---

are you sure it stinks? are you sure its just not your bad BO from not taking a shower in a few weeks? or days ? 🙂 (jokes) It smells pretty good to me, never had any issues! ---

I have never had a problem with the scent, but maybe I just don’t notice it anymore. At the same time I have never had a complaint - even from my wife - who is real sensitive to heavy scents. At the same time, I always - well almost always - use a cover scent. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a good one, plus it gives you another whole aresenal at your disposal so to speak. ---

I am very surprised someone actually picked up on the scent. It does smell like feet but once its on and drys down you should not be able to smell it. Others will perceive it differently then the wearer as well. Thats what mones do. Anone smells like cat piss to most men but to women it smells like heaven LOL. Its the weird wonderful world of mones 😉 Where did you apply it by the way ? Tisha ---

Pheromones are molecules that are naturally present in the human body, and as such can smell like many parts of the human body that are less than present. Pheromone molecules are essentially what you wash off your body when you shower so you don’t reek. High quality [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) are usually far less subject to the effects of bacterial breakdown that cause BO, and other nasty bodily odors, however. Still, I would recommend using a cover scent, especially if the scent bothers **you.** If you feel insecure about the way you smell, your feelings will permeate into your behavior and how people see you. This could really affect the results you get! ---

Yeah, I’ll definitely wear it with a cover scent next time. It’s weird though, I could smell it when my nose was 3-4 inches away from my wrists, but it smells fine when it’s closer. I was being a bit conscientious about the smell, I didn’t get to try out IO as much as I thought I would because I was scared of how others would smell it…weird. ---

I have a 30 ml bottle of Anol 30mcg per spray and it reeks to high heaven. ---

Hmm, to me alpha-nol is the least smelliest mone out there… But I can’t even smell -none, so… ---

I tried instant openess once so far all I could really smell was the nice citrus though 🙂 I covered it with cologne though to be safe it worked awesome I was kinda in shock at first cause of how much nicer people were to me 🙂 ---

So today I’ve tried wearing it again with some other scent to mask it, but I haven’t noticed any noticeable results so far. I’m going to try it by itself until the to-go bottle runs out. P74 has worked a lot better than IO in getting me attention and getting people to talk to me without any work on my part. Oh, btw I’ve read that some people are just a bit more sensitive to [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) than others, and I’m one of those people. Phero products with a high -none content smells like month old cheese or spoiled milk to me if I wear it without a cover scent. ---

Try using P74 together with [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) (I’m normally using 50mcg P74 with 3 sprays IO)! This combination has shown the best results for me. In fact, without added IO I don’t see so much of an effect of P74. But together the effects are much stronger than with IO alone. ---

^I’ve read somewhere that the 2, combined together, gives you better results than each of them used separately…don’t remember if I got that from one of your posts. I’ll test out IO for a few more days to see if it has any effects on me at all, and then I’ll stock up on both IO and [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) when I get a chance. ---

^yeah, I remember that. That whole thread was probably what made me buy [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/) in the first place. I’m going to try IO again today, I’ll let you guys know how it goes.
