Hi, All! I’m new to this board, and I wanted to post some of the results I have had with [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) (IO) To Go size. I really like this product a lot, and it’s the one I use most regularly. I’m pretty introverted, though I can be sociable and chatty at other times. However, in large groups I tend to freeze up or zone out a bit. So I’ve been trying out IO in social situations at church, work, and my family, and it’s been great. The self-effects are what really get me, as I feel much more confident, more likely to initiate conversation, and very upbeat. I use 1x strength, one spray on my wrists that I rub together and one on the back of my neck. In one instance, I wore IO to work and felt more comfortable striking up conversations with people I don’t work that closely with. I joined a group of ladies for lunch, and had a fun time. Another time, I wore IO to a singles function at church, and everyone around me was very chatty, laughing, and having a good time. It may have just been the people, but the other women just seemed exceptionally giddy/giggly. Usually, I’m kind of put off by this behavior, but I was pretty giggly myself.😛 I wore it again for worship practice where I’m usually the only woman on the team and I feel kind of awkward. To say that IO is an ice breaker is an understatement. It helped the guys loosen up around me and be more conversational. This past practice I wore IO, and practically everyone (men and women) was chatting away and having a good time, even though we were supposed to be practicing! Not that we don’t laugh at practice, but the mood just seemed to be more carefree and fun than usual. I wore IO, with some Instant Shine behind my knees and got some pretty good results. Instant Shine tends to make me feel moody, but I think the IO balanced it out a bit. I wore this combo to another church (I was there to check out the space for a dance recital) and the reception I got was very nice. I even had an older man, old enough to be my father, flirting with me talking about I must have some moves he’s never seen before!😮 LOL! That same day I spent with some family, and even my dad and uncle were chatting with me and paying attention to my input. I really like IO and will order some more in the regular size bottle, maybe 2x strength. What are some of your results with IO? ---

That’s funny. I tried to abbreviate [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) in my post, and it’s written out everytime. Sorry for the overkill! ---

Nice reports! I love IO. It is so similar to Spaceland, which I have and love to use, but I’m so afraid to run out that I use IO in large quantities to get the spaceland effect xD I tend to just not care when I have IO and spaceland on. It just makes me feel confident and happy and talkative. I think I might test with it tomorrow…hmm 🙂 ---
