# Instant Openness vs. CTTM 2

I’m planning on restocking on my IS but before I do, I wanted to try out IO. I’ve found that CTTM 2 works great for me, but I’ve heard that IO works really good as well. Are these two pretty much the same? Or will I get different results with IO?

CTTM is a mix of Alpha and Beta nols so its alot like both IH and IO mixed.

IO is good for general socialization. IH is good for deeper more one on one communication.
