# Instant Openness works better for me than other pheros: are some a better fit?

This is the best place to read very useful info on what pheros do what

There are some pheros like Instant Shine, Instant Openness, Instant Honesty are used equally well by both men and women. Some pheros like Ammo, TUTH, [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) are predominantly used by males. Instant Sexiness and Copulins containing pheros are predominantly used by females. That doesn’t stop people experimenting and trying from this group or that, it depends on what are you trying to accomplish.  
Please share your experiences of the results you have so far. How much and where did you apply the pheros? What responses did you get?
