😃 😃 Hi all. I got Instant Sexiness, Turn up the Heat and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) yesterday and I tried it with my man last night. It is hard to tell if it was any different really, at least at night but when he first got home from work I was putting dinner on the table and he stopped and started following me smelling me and saying I like your scent. I said you’re sniffin me like a dog and we laughed. I haven’t told him about these pheremones at all. I am, I suppose, conducting my own little scientific experiement. Mwah hahaha (insert mad scientist here) 🙂 BUt last night he was totally ravished by me and couldn’t wait! he even didn’t watch tv like he usually does. He was quick to get busy and busy we did get! OMG! It was fantastic, like he couldn’t get enough of me. But he does this sometimes anyways. But will have to try it again. I sprayed 2 sprays Turn up the Heat on collar bones, 2 sprays of Instant Sexiness on wrists and 1 spray of Instant Shine on throat. 🙂 My hair was wet. Can we put it in wet hair? I am already addicted to this site! Is this [Lust After Me](https://phera.com/product/lust-after-me/) for men and women use it? And do all the togo bottles smell like men’s cologne? And can I cover mine up with Victoria Secret’s Very Sexy perfume? Or some other fragrance. I do not smell anything like what everyone else is talking about, copulins etc, I only smell a mens cologne-like smell. Did I order the wrong stuff? Woohoo! 2 sprays of Turn up the heat?! ON YOU? I would have ravished him and then eaten the body. Most of the gals wear just a dab under the nose for self effects since it is a mens product that contains androstenone(arousing to women-turns to aggravation if you aren’t getting what you want). You’re swimming with sharks wearing that at 2 sprays, and YOU’RE the biggest baddest shark. LOL Lust after Me is for women, it contains copulins(arouses and drives him crazy) & alpha androstenol(makes him happy about it). It is scented with ylang ylang and in an oil base. I haven’t tried it in ylang ylang I customized mine with chocolatini and 5x copulins, but I’m sure someone else will come along to review the scent for you. You can also check out the womens scent customizations in the menu under Custom Additions. The instant line to goes are all scented with neroli, it smells a little like mens cologne to me too. The good news is yes you can apply your perfumes over it, I usually apply [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/), wait about 10 minutes and then use my perfumes. But you don’t have to, the neroli is nice to wear solo sometimes too. The to goes can not be scent customized but there are a few experimental to goes that come scented like mx135 is chocolatini. I haven’t applied to wet hair, my guess would be the extra water would weaken the product strength a bit. Dry hair on the other hand is great place to apply pheromones. Have fun! ---

Thanks Almarea and Inkling, Inkling I laughed when you said you’d have ravished him and eaten the body. I didn’t feel like this. Maybe phermones do not work for me. I have not noticed much difference. Only the confidence booster in [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) but otherthan that and the first night when my guy did a uturn and was sniffing me, literally, like a dog. I felt very sick today as well. Slept most of the day and felt like I had the flu. Can this product do this? Almarea, I hope iy works for you! I don’t think that you would feel flu like symptoms from pheromones, but I am no expert either. Headaches, head rushes and I’ve also read a few that reported palpations their first few exposures. I’m sick myself, any chance you’re just reacting to season change? I hope you feel better soon! ---

I felt this the first time I dosed(4 sprays!) myself with IO and IS probably because I failed to start small. Experienced Ladies might correct me or add to this. ---

Yes it is possible that it may just be that I have been working myself silly and running 90 to nothing. It may have been a coincidence. And maybe I am using too much. I should just do one spray of each and without the Turn up the Heat as I am gathering this is really more for men and shouldn’t be used in large doses for women, lol. lifeissweet has made a good point, it could be the instant shine wearing off. If that’s the case once you’re acclimated it should stop. Turn up the heat is best saved for that little dab under the nose when you are going to have sex or on a man. It makes me short tempered if things aren’t going exactly as I’ve planned. ---

If you got a confidence boost from it, I hope you’ll expound on that and continue to watch for and post on the influence it has on you. I am guessing the Turn Up The Heat is what got to you. You’re 2 sprays probably had you conflicted with your emotions and what you were feeling, and it surfaced as feeling ill. Hi Heather No mones wont give you flu like symptoms but it does take your body time to get accustomed to them. Headrush feeling, headache from the neroli scent, tired these are comman the first few times especially if you jump right in and spray on alot. Its just your bodys nerotransmitters being overloaded. Simular to a caffeine rush and come down. Once they become used to it those feeling pretty much go away. There have been reports on confidence building with all the products so I am not surprised that Ishine has this effect on you. Even IO and IH can build confidence. There are some women who can get away with using a full spray or 2 but most of us are anone sensitive. It will make us bitchy as hell and horny at the same time. Its funny the men say the neroli smells girly and the women say it smells manly. Its unisex and can be worn by both men and women. Its also highly diffusive and easy to blend or cover which makes it ideal for the products. Thanks Tisha! I think I actually do have a tich of the flu because this am my throat is sore etc. Friday when I went out I wasn’t feeling so hot and was way tired and ready to sleep at 10 at night! Then Sat I took a 4 hour nap and Sunday slept all day. This am I woke up with a sore throat and not feeling so well so I am sure it has nothing to do with the mones. It was coincidental is all. And I will try the Turn up the Heat under my nose next time, instead of giving myself 2 sprays! Poor guy it’s no wonder he was looking at me like wtf is your deal??? 🙂 It’s a good thing he loves me! lol cuz if he didn’t you’d think he’d have went off on me. Instead he just yelled back at me and went into the house. He left me alone. I am building a treehouse for the kids and he said, “ya know it’s the board that is stopping you from being able to close the door” and I FLIPPED out and said, no screamed, “trial and error, trial and erro that is how I have done it so FAR!!!” followed by leave me alone you jerk critical ass. He wasn’t at all being critical but I sure did climb up his rear end! oh my gosh, I guess I was way in the wrong. Hi Holly While it is a mens product it does have its uses. 😉 Just be careful you don’t apply too much and use it in the right situation. A search of the womens section for turn up the heat will give you more info and ideas how to use it. Have fun!
