Just another post in praise of **Instant Shine.**

As you can see by my avatar, I was, up until recently a active member of the US Marines. Unless you’ve been in solitary confinement or from another planet, you may have noticed that we have been quite busy fighting to make the world a safer place. While you were sipping cocktails in your bars and pubs, getting laid or on the prowl to get laid. I was in charge of several US Marines at a time and can say that some paid for freedom with their life, some were not even old enough to legally buy themselves a beer in the US. Consider yourselves lucky.

As a result of going from one battlefield to another, the endless and deadly patrols, fighting an invisible enemy, I have what’s known as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). And with PTSD comes depression, I have severe depression, as a result of the side effects of loosing close companions and Survivor’s Guilt.

I believe among one of my first products purchased, was **Instant Shine.** A skeptic at the time, I gave myself 2 sprays from a to go 12.5 mcg. Lone behold, the stuff really works! I didn’t say it solved all my issues but has helped me along with coping skills aquired through counseling.

The self effects are great, and as you know, plus people around me are happier, which rubs off on me. So, my dose is two sprays (12.5 mcg), usually in my hair or neck region, and I’m all set. I carry my to go bottle for refreshing. Any more than this dose, seems to conflict with the “Happy Pills” I take to keep depression in check and manage able.

So, this stuff works as well as everyone or most everyone says.

Lastly, a personal thanks to Andronics for this product and so many others that have helped make positive changes in my life.

Welcome Home!

Like you, I **very** much appreciate the gift that Androtics and it’s people are to us.

Over time, I have also come to love and respect the core people of this forum. What I have seen of you, I think you might also.

One of the things that I have discovered here is that as long as one is willing to do the searches (few are) almost any subject related to [pheromones](https://a314.com/) and human behavior has been discussed in depth several times, (if not several dozen times) often by _very knowledgable_ people.

As to PTSD, the longest thread to date was started Copycat. She is an EMT and was concerned about the emergency personel around her.

We are fortunate to have a great many medical professionals in this community. Some of them are very advanced researchers, some are everyday practicioners, and every other possibility in between, in both physical and psychological medicine.

There is regular drumbeat of comments about how pheros have improved peoples lives. The first two that come to my mind are by Visionary and River:

Glad IS helped you Dreamweaver. Just be aware most of us tend to acclimate to mone use and experience gradually fading self-effects. So you don’t want to depend on it as surefire relief. I don’t feel a damn thing but find TAA helps take the edge off NPA and A314 for my targets, so I use it regularly.

TAA/[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) works well for me, and has been what I turned to in two different major periods of grieving so far. It’s not perfect by itself, but it takes the edge off. Looks like I’m gonna need it again soon, too.

Firstly would like to thank you for your reply. The links provided are also must reads for anyone with depression and or PTSD, or perhaps low self esteem.

If your reading this post and have either, remeber your not alone!

PTSD, Depression and Low sefl esteem can effect **anyone** who has had a traumatic situation or series of negative experiences and the list goes into infinity.

I’m incorporating the information provied in ths reply to my daily life. Remeber if your suffering; alcohol is **NOT YOUR FRIEND!** ALCOHOL IS A DEPRESSANT! I’m just as cool sitting in a pub, night club or local bar sipping non-alcoholic beverages. Your friends will have to accept you for who you are, if not, then they do not deserve you or your friendship. Move on, your a great person and there’s only one of you, don’t be ashamed to get help if need be, you owe it to yourself.

Thank you Gegogi. I have studied your posts and threads endlessly. I have enjoyed reading what you have to sayas your straight forward. I bought TAA and A314 based on your personal experience and recommendations, and use both quite a bit.
The pheromones, like the pills will only be 10%, the other 90% will be up to me. Coping with my small, short lived set back; the pills counseling have about the same ratio. Like the pheromones, things need to be started out conservatively and ramped up until you reach od level then back off. It’s about knowing your limitations and finding a good starting point. Unlike pheromones, I can keep reaching for higher ground.

Thank you for being a friend and shareing your experiences here, you’ve been a guiding light in my journey.

Semper fi, dreamweaver. Thank you for being a Marine and serving our country. My late husband was a Marine in the evacuation of Saigon and was very, very proud to be a Marine. He died a few months ago from heart disease, but he was Corp to the end. I wish you the best of luck.
