Do u guys suggest regular strenght or double?

regular is easier to dose for a beginner, and also the togo bottles only comes in regular strength i think.

for beginner, it is always recommended to start with regular strength.

After you know the right dosage then you can consider the double strength

On the other hand you probably can’t do something wrong with the double dosed IO and IS. So personally I’d go with ISx2…

Id go with double. Its a better financial move and u cant OD on these products.
