# Instant shine compared to taa sans the brain splitting pain

Howdy nbully,

I played with a higher dose of taf several months ago, here is the url to the post. I didn’t experience a headache while wearing it, is there taf in instant shine? [Sunday on TAF](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/sunday-on-taf/5479)

I do like to use a low dose (10-20 mcg) of taf with of my combo wears, I call it oomph but after reading Visionary’s compilation and thinking of the increased eye contact I experienced maybe there is more to it.
