# Instant shine difference

I want to ask you what is the difference between IS regular and IS double strength and which one is better?

Hi there!

Only the strength is the difference. 2x is double the strength of the regular Ishine. Meaning, 1 spray of the IS2X is equivalent to 2 sprays of the regular IShine. 🙂

At your age, it’s best for you to get the regular IShine. 🙂
