# Instant Shine Experience: urine, eww!

Erm… That might have been my advice… :o

I meant to take a breath and centre/settle yourself, and then just let the feeling take over you. I believe in my gin-haze I was saying “vibe/groove into the phero-ness…”

Lor had this to say (in her journal) about that phero-vibe, and it was incredible, much better than I could figure out how to say:
