I’ve been using IS for a few days now and every time I’ve worn it (always one spray only) on my wrists or neck I’ve gotten a headache an hour to two hours after applying it. No other colognes have this effect on me.

Any idea why this could be happening?

I have [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) also, but haven’t worn it without IS so I don’t know if that will cause a headache also, I’m going to try that out tomorrow.

It sometimes happens to people when they first start wearing pheros. It is kinda like “nerutransmitter overload”. You are not used to the extra “input” yet. I say yet because it will soon pass.

That’s somewhat of a relief, but what if I’m on a date or a job interview or something? Won’t whoever I’m with also potentially get a headache - but without the benefit of a resistance building up over time?

I too had headaches the first couple of days wearing Shine. Thanks to some advice I got in the newbie section, I continued wearing it for a few more days and now no longer get headaches. Some people just seem to be overly sensitive to it, but it’s a fairly small number so I wouldn’t worry about someone else getting a headache. Another major bit of advice is to space the sprays an hour apart. Also, try spraying it on your wrists and lower chest, as long as it’s on a “heat source” it’s still doing it’s job.
