As accurate as I can be without going all science on ya LOL Yes there have been quite a few crash reports after Ishine wears off. General feeling of being tired and headaches, the body adjusts though and it doesnt cause lasting effects this way. It doesnt last as long as a few days like caffeine, more like a few hours but they both have similar effects on the neurotransmitters. Most of the hard core long time users of pheromones make sure to eat healthy and get adaquate rest to combat that. Its not harmful to the brain its just annoying. Your neurotransmitters will replenish. Eventually your body adjusts hence no self effects. Some members dont get these self effects at all just like some people are not bothered by caffeine at all.
