# Instant Shine + Instant Honesty -

Application: [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) (2x strength) on the underside of my wrist and Instant Shine (2x strength) on the other side - 1 spray

What type of reaction and self effect does this dosage cause and is this proper application?

The best way to know? TEST IT YOURSELF 🙂

I would suggest 2 sprays from each if u want to see the maximum full blown effects though 😉

I have been. But since both bottles are 2x I figured that 2 sprays could risk overdose?

Don’t worry about overdosing on Socials like IS, IH, and IO

There is no -none in those so even if you DO overdose it per se. For Socials its like reaching a peak where there are no more gains in effects, in some cases diminishing returns. which is not too bad, just wasting some sprays compared to being Ghosted with the OD of -nones.
