# Instant Shine is good !

It makes me feel good about myself after awhile…i am wodnering if it is possible to OD on it…i am planning to do a massive dose soon…ahha

You can’t really OD on [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or TAA. You’ll just feel more lifted and those around you will feel the same as well. 🙂 Also I would like to add if you become tolerant to it’s effects that doesn’t mean its not effecting those around you. This is the case with many users, they don’t feel the shine lift anymore but it still affects those around them.

Hello Belmont!  
I also love [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) so much!!! I dind’t try to OD it yet. I only reached about 3-4 sprays until now.
