**HI There Guys,** **I received my first TO-GO bottle of Instant Shine yesterday morning delivered to me at my office.** **I started with 1 spray to the neck.** **The setting was great for a test run. It was the usual business day. Not too busy…not too slack a day. I thought with IShine people would begin to be more happy and the general mood would improve. (People had their heads buried in their paperwork). But, dang! Nothing of that sort happened.** **After 4 hours people still had their faces buried in their paperwork. Faces morose, hardly noticing me ( I kept moving around in the office, lingering near their desks on some excuse or the other) or any other colleague for that matter.** **Besides IShine gave me a slight headache. And come to think of it, my mood was no better than my colleagues.** **So much for Shining - Instant or not.** ---

Are you sure it was the IShine that gave you the headache? 1 to-go spray is a really small amount. Of course, this is coming from a guy who uses around 5 full bottle sprays, which are 20% greater in volume than a to-go spray. If there were mitigating factors you didn’t mention, like stress, or allergies, or whatnot, I’d suggest going with at least 3 sprays. Perhaps if you pop a couple pre-emptive ibuprofen and give it a shot you might get more of a reaction, but I don’t want to suggest anything that would cause you discomfort. -D4 ---

hi buddy, do not pass judgement on your first DAY!!! especially with just ONE spray!! you gotta do more testing and up the dosage remember, and i can see your expectations were quite high, usually i see the people who gets disappointed real quick are the ones who had REALLY high expectations, not saying you had unrealistic expectations (see i don’t pass judgement so quick lol), but just be patient with it, [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) will only work for those with patience 😉 looking forward to see more reports from you. ---

Are you sure it was the Instant Shine that gave you the headache? -D4 I’m sure it was the IShine that gave me the slight headache because for one thing I was off pheros (A314 - It’s the only phero I had) for nearly 3 days. And I bathe everyday. Secondly as soon as I received my TO-GO bottles IS was the ONLY one I used yesterday morning. My 2nd day reaction: 3 sprays. I to the front neck and 1 to the top of my head. Already feel a slight headache coming on. Maybe I’m allergic to IS. Maybe IS is just not for me. I’ll try the other three TO-GOs I got. Damn… really sorry to hear that. IShine is a staple for me. Couldn’t whip up a combo without it. Good luck on the others, and let us know if anything positive comes out of the 3 sprays. -D4 ---

[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) can give you a slight headache when first used, Its the neurotransmitters in your brain overloading. Just like caffeine does and just like with caffeine the body adjusts to it. Spray away from face. Lower on the body or to the back of the neck. Hold you breath when you spray it till it settles on the body. This way you will not inhale a large amount of wet pheromones. After a few uses the headaches or head buzz feeling subsides. As for the reactions from your co-workers. For one you used one spray, most of us use a lot more then that to see a reaction. For two it seems they were engrossed in something else at the time. Read what pheromones can do and what they cant in my signature. I really think you need to give the product a fair chance before you decide its not for you. I don´t even notice 1 Spray of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). I start my day with 2 Sprays of Instant Shine 2x and sometimes add 2-6 drops of TAA Oil Never got headache 🙂 ---

Damn, i only use 1 or max 2 and get great results. PUt them to my wrist and smack them togheter 😛 ---

Yeah my sweet spot for [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is pretty high, 4 sprays, otherwise it’s effects are to subtle. I don’t get any headaches either the Neroli always perks me up. ---

Shosayn, Ishine was not a product I had a lot of luck with to start. Now I think it’s pretty awesome stuff. Give it some time. As far as the headache, I wouldn’t say that I’ve ever gotten a headache from Ishine but I can understand it. Several times when I was starting I would get a feeling like sinus pressure or an uncomfortable feeling behind my eyes. It’s like Tisha says [synthetic pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) put a lot of pressure on your neurotransmitters, your body will adjust. Of course not every thing works for everybody, Gegogi, who is one of the most stalwart posters and pheromone users on the board says Ishine does very little for him. Just give it a good workout before you give up on it. ---

Try 2 sprays [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) at least from the 2 go bottles. 1 spray is very subtle and has a very mild effect. Personally, I like the effect at only one spray, though. No, it won’t make everybody happy, but look closely at what it does and eventually you will see something. Try 3 sprays for a more “normal” effect. IS is great for me in some contexts when I want to play around with other pheromones and see reactions faster. It seems to be the first pheromone that hits people. And like Tisha said Instant Shine is a bit like caffeine and if you aren’t used to the effect and if you are a bit worn out already, it’s like running a carburetor extra lean, it will burn you out. One word of advice about Instant Shine. Never wash it off abruptly. You experience a fairly noticeable “down” feeling, depending on how sensitive you are to pheromones. It can feel a bit like your world is falling apart and I notice I became more emotionally sensitive and every little thing was hammering away at me. When I stopped being so worried about pheromones around people I knew, and just let the TAA die down on its own, I stopped having these reactions. ---

Daedelus76 you are very perceptive. You make it look like wearing pheromones is an art. And all the guys who replied to this post please also read my **Day2** post.
