Got my order today, in the package was Instant Shine, [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), and TAF. Thanks! I’m having a hard time typing right now as I have an “Instant Buzz.” 😃 One of the bottles leaked a little, I think it was the TAF as it’s level is a little lower, but nothing to complain about, and it was wet compared to the other two. Going against everything I learned in chemistry class on smelling a vapor, I first took a good whiff of my hand that got the majority of spill on it, and immediately opened each bottle, taking a whiff of each in the process. WOW! I am impressed so far in just how I was immediately affected. I can find parallels to at least two substances that I used to imbibe in during my hippie/Deadhead days. Hand coordination is off, visuals are kind of strange, there is a fuzzy, but nice feeling in my head (though I am almost dizzy), and I feel like grinning. Though I’ve been grinning a lot today in anticipation of a lunch date I have with a coworker on Friday. Since it’s evening, I haven’t applied anything on myself except for what I accdentally got on my hand. Am waiting until tomorrow, where I will probably use IS before work. But if first impressions are anything, I think I am going to be very happy with Androtics products. I have been happily using A314 for several months but that is nothing like the new products I just received. ---

what is TAK and TAF??? Theres no real detailed info on these products. 😕 ---

A314 is slow long lasting release that works virtually all day long. The sprays like the instant line generally last 6hours and start dieing off. So you get an immediate effect with the sprays. I love IS..spray a shot to the front of your neck/and or face and a shot to the top of your head. ---

I am familiar with TAA (which is a component of Instant Shine) from a sample provided at another website, so I thought I’d give this one a try. There is little data provided on these substances, I think, because MHarris doesn’t want to skew results by giving us expectations about them. BTW, I got the 10 mcg/spray version of TAF. I’m coming down a bit now from the buzz I had, but it’s still there. And just like other pheromone products I immediately liked, Chikara and Pheros, I can’t stop smelling the application spot, in this case, my hand. I would say though that I haven’t been this attracted to a smell since I sampled PCC. ---

First impressions: Instant Shine I am not a morning person. I get up at 3AM to be at work by 6. Early enough to do a little meditation before leaving home. If I leave on time, I get to work about 45 minutes early to avoid the maniacs on the two lane highway I have to travel, and to meditate, nap, or listen to a self improvment CD before work starts. Applied approximately 2 sprays of IS at around 3:30AM. I had shaved before and did my usual routine of 2 - 4 drops of A314 mixed with skin lotion, applied to the face, arms and chest. Today was two drops. I say approx. 2 sprays as the first one was wimpy, the pump was still priming, and after a second spray, decided on one more, which seemed to be bigger than the first two put together. Immediately after spraying my lower face, neck, and chest, I seemed to awaken and become alert. Sort of like that first rush of caffeine into the brain, but not quite as intense. Meditation was no big deal, but about halfway into my 30 minute drive, I started feeling a tingling in my “third eye” area of my forehead. Now this may seem silly to some. But after a couple of years of meditating, I started to get this pleasant tingling there on occasion. This morning it seemed more intense than usual and has returned as I type this. As I rolled into the parking lot at work around 5:10AM, the alertness had faded and I felt like my own drowsy self, needing mass quantities of coffee to get started. At work so far, nothing really unusual. I wear pheromones there most days and I haven’t noticed anything much different yet with this one. I stopped by the desk of my main female interest there right now just so she could get exposed to it. No more or less friendly than usual. Big test with her will be Friday. Got me doing manual labor today, so there’s not much socializing and more sweating. The group of guys I have been working with all seem to be in good moods. Can’t judge yet if it’s because of shine or not. So not much to judge from others yet but that’s normal for me. In the past with other products, I’ve always noticed the most profound reactions in myself to what I’m wearing than the reactions of others. You could say my attitude “shines” today. Now here’s a dumb thought I had. I got [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) along with IS. In the write up for IS it says, “Some users have reported that Instant Shine they’ve been responded to as if they had the presence of a physically fit young man. A ‘youth & vibrancy’ effect.” And in the write up for Instant Gentleman it says, “useful when you want to seem older and wiser than your actual age.” Does that mean if I combine the two, at 46 years old, I’ll appear as a 70 year old in his second childhood? 😃 ---

Try applying your lotion first let it dry and before you leave for work or wherever apply your A314 and other products. I think some of the best places for A314 are the sides of the neck around your ears and even your ear lobes. If you are wearing short sleeves a 3rd or 4th drops could be added to your wrists. But yeah try avoiding mixing in lotion with A314 because it is already a slow long lasting release and the lotion may nearly halt its release when mixed together. ---

Thanks Colud9, I was thinking of asking about that. The reason I started mixing it in lotion was to cover more area on the body. And since I was usually combining it with Chikara, I figured it was no big deal. ---

I’m not 100% certain, but adding lotion type substances seems like it would hinder diffusion rate a lot. ---

It increases blood flow because you are rubbing your face, which causes an increase in blood flow in the area that you are rubbing. I mean lotion may not hurt it much, but it will hinder diffusion some when you mix it together. ---

Withdrawl Effect? Today I left out the A314 and did approx. two sprays of [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and two sprays of Instant Shine. It was interesting that I was a bit more easily upset today without the A314 than I have been in the past few weeks. Got slightly irritated at a couple of things, but got over them quickly. Until before lunch, that is. I got talking to a coworker about family problems and by the time we were done, I was depressed. I have a tendency for depression in general, but was bugged that I got that way as things were going well and I have a social function tonight, a retirement party for an ex boss. After lunch, my boss came up with a task and my depression deepened. Because I have to work, of all things! By the time I got home, the funk had lifted somewhat, but not all the way. Quick wash up, but no shower and a spray of “Gentelman” and one of “Shine,” and my attitude improved. Have to leave for the dinner in about a half hour and am contemplating another spritz of Shine within the next few minutes. Just didn’t feel as in control without the A314 today I guess. I wondered if maybe there was some kind of withdrawl situation to start talking about downer topics and getting depressed. Another observation is that though the scent included with the sprays is inoffensive and light, it sure hid or changed my choice of colognes today, Bulgari Por Homme. That is a real light scent And I just couldn’t tell I had it on, even though I used the shave balm and then followed with two sprays of the cologne. ---

Update: One drop of A314 on the palm of the hand and spread behind the ears, and another spray of Shine Starting at the forehead and moving the bottle down towards the belly as I sprayed, and I’m feeling a lot better about socializing with people from work tonight than I was earlier today. And I meant to mention in the last post that after the first application of Shine this evening, the tingling in the forehead was back. Oh, and Thallium cologne by Cyrus really goes well with the scents of these products. ---

Back from the dinner. A small amount of butterflies in the stomach as I was driving to the event, but nothing like I have had in the past. Also no nervous pacing before I left the house. What impressed me the most was how outgoing I was at the party. Initiated conversation with a lot of people. Granted, they were people who I used to know through work and are now retired but I felt a lot more outgoing throughout the whole event. I’m typically a hermit in general and a wallflower in social situations, so this is pretty good for me. I know I had on three products, but I admit that you could say I “shined.” 😃 ---

Weekend Update Well. it’s been almost a week since I received my new Androtics products and just thought I’d log in the last couple of days here. Since I get up for work at 3AM, and go to bed around 8:30PM anymore, I took Thursday off as I knew I’d be up past my bedtime at the retirement party. So Thursday morning I decided to play with TAF. Did five sprays from the 10mcg/spray bottle before I meditated, in an attempt to duplicate the psychedelic effect I experienced upon receiving the mones. The effect wasn’t as intense, but during meditation I was mellow and moved slowly and evenly. Some days, I feel like rushing through my chanting and cutting the meditation short. I didn’t feel that way on Thursday and only ended my session when my leg started bothering me. I sit in a half lotus position usually, and sometimes my legs fall asleep. Later, though I wasn’t planning to use TAF the next day, I wanted to make sure that the combination that I had planned for my sushi date didn’t have any adverse effects. So I applied two drops of A314, two drops of A1, two sprays of Instant Shine, two sprays of [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), and a spray of Perception and it’s companion cologne. I got good reactions from several female cashiers while running errands. But in Best Buy it was kind of strange. I had been looking at portable DVD players and then stopped to look at some High Def TVs that were at the end of the aisle. A salesman walked up just as I was setting to walk away, greeting me. Halfway through his greeting, his gaze changed and he seemed to stare into space. I think he realized I wasn’t going to buy and was looking at he couple down the aisle as a more likely sale. Friday was my sushi date. I applied two drops of A314 and two drops of A1 with lotion to my face, arms, and chest. I then followed that with two sprays of Instant Gentleman, two sprays of Instant Shine, and two sprays of Perception and its companion scent. I wanted to include Perception as this woman is one of the few that I’ve seen favorable reactions from when wearing it which stand out from my usual daily mone, Chikara. This was about three hours before I was to meet my friend, and I then applied another spray of Instant Shine to the top of my head about an hour before I was to meet her. I think lunch went really well. There was no nervousness nor butterflies in the stomach while driving to the restaurant. I was comfortable with myself during the time we were together. She had her four year old daughter with her (I knew she’d be there beforehand), who had a couple of moments. I don’t know if it had anything to do with the mones or if she was just tired. Anwyay, there was no problem with my patience (I don’t like to be around kids) and she didn’t act any worse than I expected from a child her age. I can see it from her perspective too. Here they’re having a fun day shopping, then this weird guys comes along and steals mom’s attention away. With everything considered, I thought she was a good kid. We have tentative plans to meet again there in a couple of weeks. Though I’m attracted to her, this woman is a coworker about half my age and in my group, though she has recently been assigned to another area at work. So it’s just a friendly thing right now and I don’t know at this point if I’d want to push for anything more (or if it’s wise being coworkers). I did get a hug after walking her to her car, which I wasn’t expecting. Today I did seven sprays of TAF before meditation and a drop of WAGG in the moustach. A little spacier, but not what I’m looking for yet. I wasn’t going to use anything else, but I’m so impressed with Instant Shine so far, that I did two sprays of that and two sprays of Instant Gentleman before going out for shopping errands. Decided I didn’t want to use a cologne, so I just sprayed some Axe on for a light scent. I’m not a fan of Axe, usually use English Leather stick deodorant, but I have a couple of cans I bought after reading raves about the stuff elsewhere and decided to use some. Still not impressed, guess it’s a younger guy product. Got a little chatty with the woman who runs a small independent bookstore I frequent every weekend. But that’s hit and miss with me, sometimes I’m more talkative there than others. Nothing else to report that I hadn’t already noticed from other days. I should mention that Friday evening, I took my health walk, where I usually walk around 3 to four miles a session. Feeling good about the social events of the week, and especially that day, and I think still feeling the mones I had on, when I would get into the groove with the music on the MP3 player, I would feel like I was strutting. I ended up deviating from my planned route and adding about a mile to the walk. I cut it short at the end though as the battery in the player died when I was near my house and I got bored with my thoughts. I had planned a few more blocks before that happened. So to sum things up in this first week of trials. TAF is interesting. I think I will enjoy playing with it. The jury’s still out on Instant Gentleman. The depression I felt on Wednesday may have just been a fluke. I will have to give it more time before I come to a decision on it. But I think Instant Shine may just live up to its name. I’m pretty amazed how I’ve been this week while wearing it, especially during the social events. I’m pretty much a hermit and can do without most people. I feel I did shine while wearing it and think it will be a product I use on a regular basis, if not daily. Now that the rush to assure there would be no adverse effects with these products on my date is over, I intend to slow down and try them individually. I really want to give Instant gentleman a chance. Partly because the people in the store department were kind enough to include it in my order, partly because I’m so impressed with Instant Shine, and partly because I’m impressed with MHarris’ dedication to his research. I commented elsewhere that from reading here I think he may be on the leading edge of pheromone research, and my experience with Instant Shine this week has reinforced that opinion. Sunday is usually my mone free day, so hopefully Monday I can have the restraint to start testing these products individually, starting with Instant Gentleman. ---

thanks for taking the time to share some detailed info with the rest of us. i don’t have [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), but i do have the others you’ve mentioned (IS, TAF) and have nothing but good things to say about each, and Androtics in general. ---

I think of A314 is Jamesbond…but I think Mharris should make an instant A314 to apply over our drops so we can have fast acting A314 to start out with and the drops long lasting. ---

I Found the Wow Factor Went through a not so great day today, family problems compounded with a warning at work that I’m about to be jerked around again. Had decided I was going to do a dab or two of IShine on the moustache this evening instead of a spray, to see what happens and lift my spirits. Hadn’t got around to it until a few minutes ago, two dabs from the bottle and I was starting to feel the buzz I had when I sniffed from my initial shipment. Two dabs of TAF in the 'stache sent it over the top. Granted, I’ve had a couple of beers tonight, but this is different than an alcohol buzz. Or maybe one after a few Martinis, without the nausea from alcohol poisoning. Having to edit almost every other word due to mistyping. Will have to try this again, maybe at one dab each, for meditation this weekend. Or just a sniff from each bottle, to save product. Going through IShine a bit quicker than expected. Was just going to try IG this week, but ended up doing three or four spray sof IShine daily before work just to face the day. ---

Very interesting. For your current situation, I would use A314 at work (maybe with a little Instant Shine), and leave experimenting with Gentleman for another time and place. Gentleman is really a good product for overbearing or “intense” guys, situations where you want peace, or when used very carefully in a mix. I wouldn’t recommend you use it in any context where you’re being walked on. Often times, alpha-nol containing products (such as Instant Openness) work well with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) to help lift your spirits.
