Hello everyone! I have been reading on this site for the past couple hours and I am very interested! It looks like an amazing site and it has alot of very interesting information!! I am a male, 21 yrs of age. I am from Ottawa, Canada. I am somewhat shy when it comes to girls, but I usually get around not too badly. French is also my first language, so if you thing a sentence does not make sense, that could have something to do with it 😛 Basicly why I am here, I would like to learn more! And I am interested by the possibilities it may open for my current relationship and maybe future ones. I am hoping [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) make me a little less shy (or seem less shy) and make me desired more from the opposite sex. Hi Welcome to the forum, First off I would suggest you try [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) for the shyness it will give you a boost of confidence and make you and the others around you feel good and may reduce personal space. Instant openness to make you appear more approachable to start conversation easier break the ice. Ammo is good for attraction. Glad to have a new member ---

Hi Merlin, Since you’re in a relationship I’d recommend Instant Honesty for communication with your woman, and Turn Up The Heat for the bedroom. [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) is also good for shyness in my experience, and Instant Shine lifts my mood. Instant Openness tends to make me a bit more chatty, the combination of Instant Gentleman and Openness might help you with the shyness. ---

Hi Merl, I would recommend Ammo and [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) for starters. Some of the other instant range would be useful as well. Speaking as someone who (used to be) very shy, I’d suggest [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) combined with Instant Openness. The combination also works well in relationships. The Instant Gentleman makes you feel very confident and manly and the Instant Openness helps you to be more relaxed and able to talk to people more easily. It also works very well to get others to talk to you without having to approach them as much. Since Ammo is still out, if you are looking for a combo that is attractive as well as social, I’d suggest Instant Gentleman, Instant Shine or Openness and TUTH. Worn together it is a great combo. ---

French - thats the language of Love! I’m great at French, although I cant speak a word! Being shy is a big hindrance, how can you speak to girls without going up and saying “Hi” make it a personal challenge, take one day every week and say “Hi” to at least 10 new girls, and on another day each week go through your phone book and call up all the girls you got in there for 5 minutes of small talk, and setting up dates. watch that shyness melt away!
