**Posted from my journal**

Awhile back I had noted that [P123](https://pheromonelabs.com/) seems to be socially disinhibitive - people are more likely to say the things that their social filters normally tell them not to.

It also felt good to fight with my LTR (which it normally doesn’t)

I thought to myself - mix it right and I think this molecule has promise.

I was right… [P123](https://pheromonelabs.com/) is great for helping you work game - I’ve barely ever ran game with negs - Friday & Saturday night I tried and I found it 10X easier than without [P123](https://pheromonelabs.com/) on.

**THE MIX**

37.5 [mcg](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microgram)[P123](https://pheromonelabs.com/) (my sweet spot)
4-8 drops [A314](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic/) (Friday was 8, Sat was 4 - both nights produced similar responses)
18mcg [P99](https://pheromonelabs.com/) + GIT cover ( [P99](https://pheromonelabs.com/) is like alphanol for me - I also interrupt more with [P99](https://pheromonelabs.com/) , some disrespect but I figured [A314](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic/) would cover me)
2 Sprays IS2X

Here is what I was thinking [P99](https://pheromonelabs.com/) adds a social talkativity without some of the negatives I seem to get from alpha-nols ( [IO](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) ), [P123](https://pheromonelabs.com/) because of the confidence it gives you to say what you think (not hold your words back), [A314](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic/) to counter disrespect from [P99](https://pheromonelabs.com/) & [P123](https://pheromonelabs.com/) ( [P99](https://pheromonelabs.com/) seems to lower your status, [P123](https://pheromonelabs.com/) seems to make girls confrontational) I thought the alpha vibe might calm those reactions down… If I had 'Androsterone and [TAC](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/molecule-c/) I woulda probably tried a mix of Androsterone, none and [TAC](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/molecule-c/) instead of [A314](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic/) so that I had a more concise mix.

Finally the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) was added to lighten the mixes mood and draw people in.

Definetly noticed that the ladies weren’t as confrontational as I would have expected from the [P99](https://pheromonelabs.com/) + [P123](https://pheromonelabs.com/) , actually… I was acting like a little bit of an ass and nobody seemed willing to call me on it. Friday night was at a lounge with a bunch of friends, all the sudden the waitress is calling me darling and letting me get away with hang-signalling for her from across the room (I actually saw her ignore guys from another table when they tried to pull the same trick).

Late in the night I got into a mini-fight with LTR , except she seemed much more willing to give me what I wanted than typical.

Saturday I had a houseparty at my place - I was all over the place (in a good way) talking to everyone. Making fun of the ladies at the party (one in particular) and even physically moving them around (for a reason, but nonetheless). Not once did I get called on my shenanigans and I definetly noticed some pretty distinct [IOI](http://www.pheromonetalk.com/) 's from a couple girls despite the fact that they were at mine and my LTR 's house (you would think they would try to hold those [IOI](http://www.pheromonetalk.com/) 's back harder than normal)

Even had a friend essentially said she found me attractive right in front of my LTR (talking about the nature of attraction - I asserted that I’m not that terribly attractive but am successful, she countered saying something about my only flaw was my height)

I’ve had a couple of comments from female friends at the party about my exuberance and how fun I was - They also noted that something was really different about me that night.

I went through a round of testing with P123 not long ago and concluded it would be a gem for anyone suffering approach anxiety precisely because of the way it shuts off any fear of the consequences of your actions.

Love the way you mixed to cover the possible downsides to it as well 🙂

Yeh… It seems to have a strong upside coupled with what were initially quite negative reactions from people

A314 + P123 + something talkative is a great mix

p123 has now been added to the list of putatives to try.

one of my main issues is approach anxiety.. I don’t tend to ‘open’ people so if that helps to break down those type of inhibitions i’m all for it

I should note Reclipse - I’m a natural extravert - I tend to have little difficulty talking to people I don’t know, or even approaching people I don’t know.

I can’t therefore comment on P123 and approach anxiety. My difficulty socially is I have problems saying things that I think might make someone uncomfortable - P123 seems to make it easier for me to say things that I know will make someone uncomfortable.

I guess what I’m saying is that I don’t think P123 is a solution for rejection anxiety, moreso a solution for someone like myself who knows they should be saying something, but can’t seem to say it (with P123 it just comes out).

I would call it verbally disinhibitive, rather than socially disinhibitive - It won’t help you approach the girl, nor will it help you with your frame and body language. It will however help you say things that you might normally not say because of your own fear of retaliation, or things getting uncomfortable, or fear of the person rejecting you for saying it.

## That being said… I think P123 is REALLY good at doing that, and for some people that can be REALLY useful

EDIT : Perhaps the reason I never noticed P123 reducing the fear of other actions and their consequences is because I don’t typically have those fears/have not been in situations where I was afraid of consequences of actions OTHER than verbal conversations. My perspective on P123 is entirely from a verbal consequences standpoint… I’ll have to test your theory of general consequences Blade.
