How do you know this is a fact do you have any scientific evidence to support this?

It was the original poster who then said the scent could not be smelled at 15 feet. So, could it or couldn’t it. Stop talking outa your arse no brainer.

Most people do have the ability to notice hUndreds of different aromas and also fragrances every minute of their lives But people do not react to every single odour in an obvious manner. where as people do have a reaction to changes in pheromone signatures.

Please please go and do as casanova has suggested and get your self some pheromone experience and with it some understanding and simple common sense.

Or if you are too poor then why not make a study of the forum results as the search function can provide most answers.

For goodness sake dont just keep rehashing the forum with nobrainers 😮

**Common sense.**

Pheromones are dispersed through the fragrance. They are not organisms that can travel on their own. If they are detected at a distance the aroma is not there they were in such a minute quantity that their effects would be nothing.

This is obvious, I think you’re trying to play the “you ask for science, I will too” game. I apologize if I am incorrect and you genuinely are looking for science. The good news is, it is common sense.

Exactly. What was i thinking, the only LOGICAL explanation here is the pheromones.

I have put up a simple experiment, maybe it will help you. I will need 24 hours.

You are asking a loaded question and you must be aware of that. Science doesn’t even recognize the effects of pheromones in humans (like the NINE in A314) – when applied as a perfume. On the other hand, are you willing to provide the scientific proof that it DOES work at 15 feet?

I have an idea, let’s BOTH agree that we do not know. So, what it he most likely cause for the OP’s day? Pheromones, right? Regardless of the science who you expect from me to say not pheromones, you can say pheromones? Or do you simply say, I do not know.

I do not know if it is pheromones or not. But, to me (maybe not to you) the more logical answer is it is not.

Hey, nobrainer, you do realize humans can detect scents up to part per TRILLION of air? You don’t need to get a strong scent to get a reaction.

Oh, if you want support for my claim, go visit Google.

Your not entirely correct here - the cologne carrier has two purposes… to mask the smell of pheromones at close range, and to enhance the diffusion of the volatile phero molecules. It is conceivable that the phero molecules with the aid of some of the cologne components which enhance their diffusion could travel 15 feet and remain at concentrations which would allow an individual to figure out where the signal is coming from and potentially be affected (phero diffusion would be similar to how sound travels making detection of the wearer possible in similar ways to how we can figure out where a sound is coming from). It is also possible that the scented molecules from which we get the scent of the cologne dissapate to a level not perceivable prior to reaching the 15 foot mark.

Have you ever noticed how the smell of someone’s cologne (perfume) can sometimes change depending on how close you are to them (I certainly have for some of the more expensive perfumes)… similar idea - some elements of those perfumes travel further and therefore the concentrations of the individual elements of scent which compose the perfume vary with distance.

On the same not you must also admit that it is not even proven that people can detect pheromones from someones perfume. So, you are validating my point. They can DEFINITELY smell the SCENT, what we’re not sure on is the PHEROMONE. If you are honest, you will see that is what you have pointed out. It does NOT say that they can detect PHEROMONES it says SCENT. So again, if you are trying to support my point you have.

So to you, which is more logical and likely? The pheromones were noticed at 15 feet? The scent was noticed? Or, it was really jst the OP looking for something?

You really think the MOST likely answer is the pheromones? Well the fact is, that is the option least supported by evidence.

Nope, you are simply spinning it to make it look like I’m supporting you. You will find no love on this forum with your current attitude I’m afraid. If you don’t think pheromones work, fine. By all means, leave, the door looks like a red X in the upper right corner of your screen (assuming Windows).

Oh goodness gracious eek, I for one do not need a detailed scientific inspection to tell me if and how i get a pheromone hit at 15 feet.

Pheromones work for some users and every situation is unique so please just go and get some first hand experience rather than fuck everyone around with your no brainers as its sooooo boring…

What you sent does support my assertion that it could be the scent. You proposed that the scent could be smelled from a distance, you are agreeing with the OP. Read and be honest and you will see this.

The article you linked to is one of which I am well aware. It once again shows that pheromones are unknown (except the the amazing pioneers who sell them).

“Here there is much disagreement. Some believe odour is significant to humans only when it forms a strong mental association with good or bad life events. Others believe a clear cut pheromonal effect can directly override a person’s conscious intentions.”

Even you guys don’t believe the pheromones can override a person’s conscious intentions. You have made this clear. This document in no way shows that pheromone perfume can make someone an Instant Jerk or and [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) or even that mones can help you Turn up the Heat.

Show me proof it doesn’t work, or it is a placebo. So far all I’ve seen of your posts is telling us we _might_ be wrong. It’s an experimental field you know. Coming on a forum full of people that have experienced results of these products trying to get us to believe we are being misled is not wise.

I wasn’t there and don’t really know the situation… I never saw the supposed reaction and nor do I know whether the OP has a tendency to exagerate his results (which does occur by some posters on this forum)

Since I have experienced pheromones exhibiting effects over the relatively short distance of 15 feet… as well as the AMMO cologne being smellable @ 15 feet (especially if over-applied) my guess would be that the answer is some combination of the three possibilities - Some part of the reaction was simply a perception due to the viewers bias I’m sure… but I don’t believe that necessitates that the full answer to why he perceived the reaction is because of that bias.

Think about it this way - Take a socially ackward but highly intelligent kid in highschool - He is working with a popular partner chosing by his teacher on a school project. He holds the opinion that popular people are stupid. When they are working on the project the person makes a suggestion - He perceives that suggestion as being stupid. It is not hard to assume that no matter what that persons suggestion, he could potentially perceive the idea as stupid due to his bias… but we cannot discount the fact that the idea is actually potentially stupid.

The most likely conclusion is somewhere between the kids perception of the ideas worth and the ideas actual worth. Somewhere between the OP’s perception of the reaction due to pheros and the person’s actual reaction to the pheros. Somewhere between your bias of that persons reaction to the pheros and the OP’s bias of that persons reaction to the pheros…

Good to see you admit you don’t know keep that in mind when you make your statments regarding pheromones YOU DON’T KNOW… the logical answer would be to gain experience with a product your skeptical about before you make up your mind and make claims about what something can or cannot do, but thats just me.

Ok, so from your experience is this (really, uneventful) event due to mones? Your answer is the same, right? YOU DON’T KNOW if it is pheromones or not. Or do you KNOW?
