I have an interview tomorrow for an admin asst at a real estate office and need to know what to wear out of the products I have… I’lll be interviewing with a woman who is probably around 50. She’s a realtor and is the owner of the company. This is what I have, I know it’s a bit limited, but I’m sure something I have will work, just don’t know what combo… Is/a 30ml bottle Instant/honesty 30ml TAH 30ml/2.5mcg TAL 30ml/2.5mcg I also have LAM & Eow, but know those wouldn’t be good at an interview. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂 ---

Well, I’m new to suggesting mixes to other people, Bubbly, but I’ll give it a shot! 😉 If it were me, with your current arsenal, I would try IS/a, whatever your sweet spot is, softened with TAH and a couple sprays of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) to the back of your head. My reasoning is that strong women usually respect other strong women. I figure this mix will show her “strong and capable without being too harsh”. I believe the Instant Honesty will allow deeper communication between the two of you, which is always great for an interview. The hope is to build instant rapport allowing her to feel connected to you. Good luck, Bubbly! I’m rooting for you! ---

This is a toughy bb. From what you have available…I’d say…Tal and Instant Honesty. Instant sexiness/A may not be the best choice, interviewing with a woman…don’t want to come across as too sexy or alpha. TAH may make you seem too wussey or girly. Instant Honesty can help build rapport between you, but be careful and control YOURSELF…don’t want to sink any ships, if ya know what I mean. The TAL should give you a strong confident but not sexy vibe which is, of course, inappropiate in this instance. Instant Honesty added to that will temper it so you don’t come off too balsy. If you’re going to be going on a bunch of interviews, you might want to invest in some MX134, Instant Shine and [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) (especially good for interviews with women). I would go with 2 shots of IS/A because I know there are friendly socials in there. Remember there are 5 pheromones in that mix. I would up my TAL a bit by adding 2 sprays of that and use [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) 2 shots to the back of my head. Tisha ---

Thank you for the advice… I think I’ll use the is/a, instant honesty & maybe some tal. I’ve had really good luck and lots of hits with those three, so I’ll give it a shot… I’ll let you know how it goes 😃 ---

The interview went really well… I wore 2 sprays IS/A, 2 sprays [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), 2 sprays TAL & 1 spray TAH just for the heck of it 😃 It was so funny cause the lady that I interviewed with kept talking and telling me things about the other candidates. She mentioned that 1 poor guy was so nervous she was going to tell him she doesn’t bite and she said one of the girls didn’t crack a smile the whole time. It was like she felt close enough to me to gossip like one of her girlfriends. I don’t know if that’s good or bad. Suppose it could go either way. She was taking notes and she said she didn’t know how she would remember everybody since she was interviewing close to 50 people. She told me she wrote cute blonde by my name… It was soo funny! I can’t imagine someone would say that in an interview, but she did! I should know more tomorrow and hopefully will get a 2nd interview. I’ll keep you posted 🙂 ---

Great report, Bubblyblonde! Yep, sounds like it went very well, indeed. I’m glad you went with a shot of TAH into the mix. I just kept thinking that, as strong as the TAL would cause you to project, that the TAH would help to add, “Hey, I can be lead when need be. I’m strong (TAL) but flexible enough to be a member of your team (TAH)”. Very glad things worked out. Sounds like she is quite infatuated with you. The only thing I don’t like about my employers being infatuated with me is that sometimes they hover just cuz they like you so much. Which can be a pain in the rear… more difficult to set boundaries. But all in all, I think it’s a winner if she likes you too much rather than not enough! 🙂 Oh, and I think the gossipping is a good sign! I think it means she sees you as being on her level.
