age, sex and location help a lot Hello, My name is cornelius, i am 18, and live in toronto, Canada. I have been looking into [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) usage for some time now. Been doing some research. I am definitely going to try out some phermones. I do have a question though. Which is better? The spray or pills? I read on one website that pills are superior as they bring out a persons natural phermones in the body as well as the results are much better. Anyone want to clear that up? Thanks ---

Hi Quirco, Welcome here 🙂 I think the only sites that say pills are better are sites that sell pills 😉 I think sprays/oils are better. Especially when testing: It works inmediatley (don’t have to wait) and if the effects are not the desired effects a little water and soap and your ‘clean’ . Also you could adjust your mix to your desired target/audience. I don’t know what your goal is with [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/)? Just testing or better results in some field (girls, business and such things)? If you have any links to sites that sell pills, i would be happy to check those sites and give my opinion. For any help, you are more then welcome to send me a private message (I am 22, so same age group) or just write it on the forum. ---

Also, I think that oils/sprays help to get the mones ‘out there’ and I think most ‘pheromone pils’ are sort of a scam (just eat well and take vitamine pills/suplements and you have the same effect) ---

I would use products like cttm2, IS and IO . They can work as icebreakers. Great for attraction is: Ammunition. Great product, but I personally don’t like the scent. Sorry, that website is probably fake (maybe you can google the ingredients, i don’t see anything that special) . If they make claims like ‘Colognes and sprays DO NOT WORK - it’s a scientific fact.’ That’s bullshit, I KNOW they work, have experienced it myself. Anyone can write down ‘testimonials’ for their own website. A good site is: [http://www.pherolibrary.com](http://www.pherolibrary.com) It is made bye another site. The products aren’t as good as here, but there is more information. Also I see a article on ‘How to raise your natural pheromone levels’ ---

Most of the reliable sources I’ve looked at in my research are very skeptical if not downright negative on the effectivness of pills in terms of pheromones. You can give them a shot, but I’d suggest trying one or more of the “topical” pheromones (spray/liquid/etc) first. The “To Go” sizes offered here are a good value for little cash outlay. Like was said above, you’ll also need to decide just _what_ you want to do. Social effects? “Sexual” effects? etc. There are “specific purpose” [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) and there are “general purpose” pheromone products. And remember what works for/on one person may not work for/with another. Many variables. Takes time. ---

Thanks the only thing i want to mention is that anytime you are taking anything internally…food included… you are affecting your bodies natural chemistry. this means ph level, how hard it has to work to deal with the new imbalance created by something “added”. i am not saying the stuff has no merit; im saying it is worth consideration is all. with that said, i adore the smell of Ammunition. i think any smell that makes a girl want to be closer to the smell gives you an instant “in”. instant openess is very nice to get chatted-up.😉 ---
