Everyone is different, so what works for you will not give the same results to someone else. Once you get a product, it’s recommended that you do some ‘sweet spot’ testing - basically finding the optimum dosage for YOU. You start out by using one spray and work your way up gradually. As for the products themselves, you’ll find that Ammo (regular strength) receives pretty great, pretty consistent reviews in the men’s forum. But there are a variety of products available, so it all depends what you’re going after!
