Hey guys, my name is Tommy and I’m a 22 year old college student from Virginia. Hi Tommy, Welcome to the forum & I can confirm ‘this stuff actually works’ Ammo would be a great product to start off with. It will definately improve the reactions you recieve from girls. Instant shine would be something I’d recommend to accompany it. Both products’ self effects should help your confidence as well as attracting others. Hello Tommy and welcome to the forum. College is a perfect time to start experimenting and learning to use these products. Here is what I recommend to guys who say they are shy and need a little extra oomph: [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) - it has enough none in it to let the ladies know you are interested but is balanced enough to wear anywhere. IO - helps you keep those initial conversations moving along. IShine - helps the people around you feel happy to be near you. I think these three products could help get you where you want to go. ---

Hey Tommy, I am also a 22 year old college student. Personally I recomend that you use ammo/instant shine/instant openess. 1 spray of Ammo to the front and back of neck. two or more sprays of instant shine/instant openess on upper arms or wrists. I have also applied Ammo to the wrists but make sure u have one on the front and back of neck as well if you do it that way. I have recently purchased A314 and with trial and error like with all the products, find a sweet spot(which could take time) dont get discouraged if u dont see results.Just keep trying. ---

I forgot to put it in my last post, but I would also like to welcome you to the [Pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) world and this site. Its a lot of fun and everyone seems very chilled out and more then happy to help with questions or tips. I am still newish to the whole pheromone thing but i have been testing things out a lot lately. Sometimes my combos work and sometimes they dont. It also helps to walk with confidence and a smile. Women love confidence but dont confuse that with being cocky. People hat cocky.haha. Best of luck. ---
