hi ! i am john from india (asia) i am 21 years old … a final yr student of my college … i am a very shy nature person … actually i’ll nt say shy but i am a kinda person who takes a lot time mixing up with people … both males and females … and about females than long time means definetely long time … in my school days i never felt need of relationships …really … i am 5.9 inches tall … have an atheletic physique and a decent looks i’ll say i am nt too ugly 🙂 the thing is that i stongly believe that realtions are made in heaven …and never saw any girl ( i was in touch with directly or indirectly through friends ) to whom my mind say wow ! this is my kinda grl … so college life was there on end being single ( i am a engineering student and not many girls join engineering colleges here ) so when i was in pre-final year i saw this fresher who was very preety …and this time my mind said wow !! but as i said i am very shy …and since she was the girl i was afraid i wud loose her if i try to talk to her directly … 2-3 months went and one day my college roomate proposed her best friend and she said yes … so i get along with my frnd as she used to come up with her friend … we talked …but there too my shyness killed me … i 😠☹ i was never open speaking to her … and the final thing i did is i organised a great birthday party for her and proposed her , in that very day she told me she had a boyfrnd back there from where she has come to study here …☹ things were worse the whole year …she started ignoring … i tried to manage the whole year … and finally she started talking … .. now i talk to her though but as i said i am not very open to her … i have just 3 months to get graduate i’ll nt be able to see her again … may be because of my shy nature she considers me stupid or nerd kinda person !! which i am not … i have many friends who are girls …good friends … but i am hell shy talking to her … may be she lied me that she has a boyfriend … i have 3 months only to know the truth ( 1 month considering that i take 3 months talking to her that much which normally takes 1 month in front of her ) so i am here to test phermones … pl\_z i need real help … she is the one i waited for and i don’t want to loose her !! help me with the best one …and cheap one too as i can’t afford xpensive !! ---

It can boost your confidence and it can also lift the mood of you and the people around you. Another phero that you should try is ammo. It can make girls attracted to you. Hi John, welcome to the forum! As Jamesbonded said, Instant Shine should help you here. You should also look at [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) too, and I’ll echo the suggestion of Ammo. You can layer all of these products for great effect. hey welcome! u should try instant shine like the guys suggested it would really help with your shyness. for the girl, maybe u shoudl give instant honesty a try… it helps to create a feeling of rapport and she would feel as if she can really connect with u, which could be what u need 🙂 gluck! ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Extreme shyness can be a problem. Mones can only do so much. You are gonna have to dig deep and make a effort to overcome your shy nature. Mones can help but they cant do it all for you. I suggest you go with the social mones. IH, IO, CTTM all induce more communication. Ishine can increase your confidence a little but I feel your shy nature is taking a toll on your masculinity. A314 is out of the question because its more dependent on a outgoing nature.
