hi. i just bought mx297, a314 oil & ammunition 1x strength and here’s my plan of attack: At work a314 on the wrists & a touch of ammo. at play all 3 (but lightly, i don’t want to reek) on the wrists and pulse points on the neck. sound solid? any thoughts and suggestions welcome. ---

Hey rrnkung1, welcome to pherotalk. You chose some good products to start out with. Personally for me I did not like mx297 as much as the other ones you have but I will still offer my suggestions. Depending on what you are doing at work, a314 is usually enough. Ammo might be too strong since it is cologne strength, so it will depend greatly on your work environment. How old are you? You will want to do some sweet spot testing. You might find that you like ONLY ammo and mx297 or maybe you like a314 and mx297. But you can even find that all 3 together are just unnecessary. You will do best if you find out which combination of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) work best. One thing that I learned recently was the application of oil and the spray - try to avoid spraying your alcohol based pheros over the oil application since it will mess with the diffusion of the product. So you may apply a314 to your neck and then you will just apply your sprays to your wrists/forearms. Anyway be sure to do sweet spot testing so you can get some efficient use out of your stuff. ---

Don’t go mixing all three unless you fancy wasting expensive product. [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/)/Ammo is a good fun/social/party mix. A314/Ammo is a widely usable high status mix, although at 42, I’d have suggested you go for TUTH instead for more uninhibited situations, unless you are interested in much younger women. 30+ women tend to be much more comfortable with high status/sexuals than younger ones. Mixing MX297/A314 is nearly always a disaster, esp at our age - Produces a confusing effect that will not help you at all. People tend to respond well to one or the other but not both. ---
