Hello kmuk.Wellcome to our pheromone community.Every one hesitates at first when hears about the mones.I did it too but when I decided to give it a try I fount that those thiungs work for real. From your post I understand that u want more something for confidance and socialising, yes?I can recommend you in that case instant shine ( makes you apper youthful and funny, great for confidence and talking to people) and instant openess witch will make others to percieve you like more closer to them, like an old pal(devcreases distance , ideal for making new friends quickly).
