Hi all, Just joined the forum and would like some advice on pheromones. I’m a working professional in my mid-20s in New York. I’ll like to learn what kind of pheromones would be good in a work environment. I’ve read in the forum that A314 is recommended, but will the spray or oil-based pheromone be better? And how should I use it? How does this compare to [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) in general? For a clubbing setting, what kind of combination is advisable for generally chatting up people? Thanks for everyone’s help! ---

Hey protege! Welcome to the forum! You’re absolutely right A314 is the best for a work environment. I would also recommend Instant Shine to give people around you the extra boost in good mood and energy! It is really amazing to see people lighten up after a few minutes spent in your presence As far as oil or spray it really depends if you’re set on buying A314 or not. The spray will cost less and allow you to experiment without paying 100 $. Another difference is that the oil is slower to diffuse but lasts longer ( 6-8 hrs) when the spray will only last up to 5 hours but will diffuse ( and thus act) more rapidly. For a club. AMMO is great product for attraction. TUTH is a bit too much in your face and could cause some adverse effects on guys around you. Ad Instant Shine and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to break the ice and give that “cool, fun” vibe and you’ll be unstoppable 😉 Dont hesitate to ask questions if you have any, Cheers ---

Hi protege49 - Welcome to Pherotalk. 🙂 Yes, A314 is best for work, however I would say to go from the oil from the off. The spray is useful as a secondary topup on long days but IME, there are significant differences between the two - smoothness and continuity is the best way I can put it. Instant Shine is good to lighten the impact but I’ve found that you need a few topups over the day and that can leave you feeling a bit drained. Keep it for when you need it! 😉 For clubbing and meeting folk, Ammo is great, social and sexy esp when combined with one or other of the socials to steer things - Instant Shine for happy/feelgood vibe, Instant Honesty for close/connected, [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) for status/impact (lighter than A314) A314 oil and TUTH is a surprisingly good raw attraction mix bit you need to be very congruent with it and it may be a bit much for the younger girls who are less tolerant of none but mid 20s is getting into the area where it works really well. 🙂 ---

Thanks for the advice guys. Guess I might start off with some A314 and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Mickaelia, I basically stumbled on this forum were searching on google. I’m mostly plan to use pheromones for work and maybe some clubbing situations.
