Hello! Allow myself to introduce myself: I am a 30 year old filmmaker and artist in New England. I look (and act) several years younger than my age, though, which has its advantages and disadvantages (especially when people find out my age, they get rather confused and don’t know whether to treat me as “the kid” or an adult). I am open-minded about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), and if at least the placebo effect works, then I’d be more than happy, to be absolutely honest. What I am looking for is something which help me be able to communicate better with others since I am rather shy and awkward when first meeting people, especially in group public settings - which is not what I want for my work, since I am trying my best to gain new contacts, find new projects to work on, and also find collaborators for my own work. I would love to find some mixture which would help me open up a little and also make what I have to say more interesting to others. So in essence, I am looking for something with a personal confidence/social-boosting effect as well as a social lubricant, rather than anything to attract women or the like (although, if they are attractive women with contacts and connections, I wouldn’t mind that at all, of course! 😛) I’d be happy to hear what people have to say! Hey and welcome, coolkat knows his stuff. I would have recommended the same line of pheromones. IG is also technically a social ( I believe…) and what it does since you ‘act like a kid’ is it gives you a slightly more mature vibe. Many have regarded this as a softer version of a314, so a314 is also something to consider. It’s a very strong business type pheromone which could also be something to help you. There’s also CTTM2. anyway let us know if you have more questions. ---

Thanks for the suggestions so far! As for the films I make - short film and music video work, mostly. I am lucky that I have some contacts for work, but am always looking for more opportunities to do more stuff. IShine seems to be something that I would be interested in, since it seems it would do well at reducing any awkwardness/anxiety on my side, along with a general “feel good”. However, the question would be what would be the best “base” [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/)? I am not worried about appearing too serious or businesslike (as an “artist”, I am allowed to be quirky, thank goodness!) - I would be reaching more for fascination and interest in my ideas and suggestions. Would a314 be good in general? I guess IH would be useful to get to know what people really think… but I wouldn’t want to end up pouring a little bit of every pheromone! I am willing to experiment, but not go overboard. 😛 filmstuff ---

I’d also put to you that many users also have self effects of these mones so, A314a/b spray, as an example, gets me a feeling of assuredness, alpha here, and confidence as well. You may also have an issue of seriousness with this mone… IS will bring temper that vibe with a youthful and relaxed feeling. IO will get others just talk… I wear this when I’m out with friends and at gatherings where I will be meeting new people. I usually get many convo’s going and sometimes I feel like it is too much communication! With your description in the intro, I’d be more inclined to suggest IG, IS and IO as a starter pack… Once you see how these work on you individually and then in combinations, you’ll be able to handle the ALPHA vibe of A314a/b… Hope it goes well with increasing your contacts for film projects!🙂 ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Filmstuff! I am #2…🙂 Well you heard from the guys who you will be getting a lot of advice from while you are here. I hope you listen, ask many questions and do your own research and testing. Who is Number 1? 😛 Thanks for all of your kind comments! I think the socials are the way to go - IG, IO, and IS sounds like a good combination to experiment with things at first. Since you did bring them up, I did check into the portable “to-gos” and they are surprisingly affordable, perfect for initial testing. I have one final question: How many sprays/dosage are in a To-Go 5ml, compared to a normal sized spray? I am aware that a single “dose” may need several sprays, something I’d have to find my own sweet spots with. Thank you! filmstuff ---

As in 1Alpha… 😛 Well, for the togo’s you get about 40 sprays of mileage out of them. For the 30 ml bottles, you’re looking at about 200 sprays… roughly. Hope that helps!
