Hi Dilovar and Dobroj Djen 😃! Welcome to the forum! The customer service of Androtics is great, right? I also receive a nice little gift every time I order and a personal note from the ladies working there. Most important thing first: Don’t expect too much from using your pheromones! I’m using pheros for quite a while and have to say that the effects are quite subtle most of time. There’s this big hit from time to time, but they aren’t as frequent as I’d wish! 😉 Our beloved Tisha has written a great article for newbies about what they can expect from pheromone usage: [What pheromones can and can't do: realistic expectations for newcomers](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/what-pheromones-can-do-and-what-they-cant-updated/9558) A must read for everyone starting out IMO! Second important point: There’s no dosage suggestion that fits everybody! There are people on this board who can wear a lot of Ammo while others can only wear like one single spray without overdosing (an overdose can cause people to avoid you, or just ignore you - sometimes even be aggressive). Most of the time the dosage can be upped with higher age. Seeing you are 21 I’d recommend you start with a single spray of Ammo - wear this for a week and see if you get any ‘hits’. If not, you can up the dosage. If you receive aggressive reactions from others you’ve probably gone too high! Using [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is much easier as there’s barely a chance to overdose. You see, every pheromone user first has to learn which products and how much of them they can use for good effects.
