Hmm,the choice of pheremones usually depends on your personality and what your using them for like instant openness probably wont help a very talkative outgoing person so thats why everyone usually asks for more information on your personality like if your shy,outgoing etc etc or your social skills.Ammo and instant shine are definitely good starter products though like extraballislit said.though you might find it easier to go for double strength ammo since your in your late 30s.All the best and hope you have an awesome time here since everyones helpful and friendly.You might want to check out some of these threads when your free also
