Welcome to the forum. I need some more information about your friend and the girl before I can recommend anything. Also, in what way and how many times has she turned him down? Pheromones are not magic and will not make everyone like you. He’s an outgoing and social guy who’s pretty talkative. His problem is that he’s asked people out before and they’ve said no because they think that he’s overtalkative so his self confidence is poor and he’s reluctant to ask.I feel like getting him pheromones would improve his confidence. they’re acquaintances, so they know each other fairly well ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. Realm is a good product but it seemed a little weak to me though some people do like it. TUTH is not what he is looking for. I really think he needs to get IG and IShine. IG will give him a cool, smooth alpha at rest vibe to offset his high energy and the IShine will help people feel happy to around him even if he is talking too much. Of course the obvious is to tellhim to fucus on listening more than talking. That way when he does say something it will be more worth listening too and may complement what the girl he is with is saying. ---

Ok, thanks for the help. I also bought some pure instinct from Amazon b/c it was cheap. Would it suit him well if used with IG? ---

Welcome to pherotalk Caa! I totally love that you are looking out for your friend. What you could have tried doing is just telling him about this site and encouraging him to join and post himself. As you said he is outgoing and friendly and it will do him a world of good to get some advise from the men , read the threads etc in addition to getting these products.
